Dutch Bros Coffee

Worst Dutch Brothers I've been to. Only one side was open without clear markings, so we waited behind a car that was in the wrong line for a while, then had to join the increasingly long single line (no one pointed out it was the wrong line, I had to ask). Then the line moved really sloooowly. People before us got the wrong drinks, so we had to wait for them to be remade. They only give one stamp per drink, not one per shot like every other Dutch Brothers I've ever gone to. I recommend rolling on down the road past this one to the next one that's on your route.

Love it here!! Great drinks, reasonably priced, always friendly, and even if they have a long line (like tonight) they get through it really quickly!!

Stopped by these guys new store in prosser. Not open to public, training staff. Served me my go to hawaiian blended rebel anyway. Wonderful people. Easy on/off for a trucker. Do not pass prosser without stopping.

Fast, consistent, and excellent coffee.

Their lavendar cream iced coffee is my absolute favorite.

Very friendly team but sometimes the drinks are way too sweet, have to go back and get new one the drive thru are Darigold milk crates? Too much time consuming.

Always greeted with a friendly staff. They take pride in making great coffee! The employees make drinks quickly, even when they are busy, and always consistently.

Excellent customer service! They make the effort of getting to know you while making your drink! And the coffee and teas are delicious!

Update: Morning staff for coffee are inconsistent 😕 Drinks are always good. The new drive thru change is causing long wait time now.
