Love love love the drinks and excellent customer service.

Got a picture perfect caramelizer. I was not picture perfect. It was nothing but milk with a hint of coffee.... no carmel flavor at all. It's been 4 years since I've been to this Dutch bros, and no improvement....who forgots the flavor?

I am addicted to their mochas! I seriously feel like I'm ADDICTED to their mochas! 🤣😂🤣😂. They are really busy almost every time I go to get a drink. Fortunately, they send someone out to the line and take your order so your beverage is ready when you get to the window!
I use their app and it's really convenient for keeping track of points and paying for your drink(s). Their point system is really good. You quickly earn free drinks!

Im here almost everyday! Great, friendly and fast service! These young people are so friendly and provide great conversation for the short wait on your order! You couldn't ask for better Baristas, or more friendly customer service! I love this company and care and commitment they put into their communities and money they raise for people in need! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Did not get what I ordered. When I took it back the mAnager basically called me a liar about one of the drinks. He gave me two new drinks. One still wrong. Undrinkable. He argued with me!
None of the three workers knew what drip coffee was. Actually asked what it was. Gave me an espresso Americano and said it was how they made drip coffee. All I can say is why aren't these kids trained in all coffee at a coffee shop? They lacked training in all areas of customer service. And they were left alone to deal with angry customers without the training they needed to deal with that. Sad for them. Sad for me. I'm sorry kids, not your fault.

Staff are friendly but there is no sense of urgency. I’ve been in line 8 my minutes and only 2 cars have been served. They often have someone out taking orders but not today. It’s a good thing I’m a devoted Dutch Bros drinker and fan or I wouldn’t return to this stand.

I love Dutch bros I am never disappointed with any of their drinks! I love everything from their coffees to smoothies and teas...My kids love the strawberry vanilla frost. They are super friendly and they really take the time to get to know you and what you like.

I love Dutch Bros. I normally just get smoothies. I like that you can tweak their drinks to your liking. Dutch Bros is quirky and very typical of Northwest atmosphere. If you go on the first of the month they give you a sticker.

I love this Dutcheez! Everyone is so friendly! Nikki is the best! Always has a smile and focused 100%! They take my order in the line and it's ready by the time I reach the window! I love it! Great service!

Best coffee place in Washington and Oregon. Service is always outstanding and product selection is great. Some locations have text clubs that offer discounts. Be sure to ask if you don't see there sign posted. Free drink on your birthday. Buy 10 drinks get the next drink free. Sometimes have double punch days to help get that free drink faster.
