My coffee was very good and they have pup cups for your dogs. The employees was very nice as well.

You can't say you're open 365/24 hours day when you're closed on Christmas. Went to the Puyallup river road one, both signs in the window say they're open, but indeed they were not. Says they closed at noon. Okay so you're not open 365 days 24 hours a day and you might want to change that so you don't get sued. Might want to change it so you don't get cited or fined from the BBB. Very disappointed, loyal customer.

Stopped at the Orting Bigfoot and got a warm rotten milk instead of a Chai tea like I asked for. I didn't taste it before I left and boy was I shocked to taste that!! I stopped at the next Bigfoot (Sumner) to see if they could fix the drink or make me another. Elizabeth helped me and Thank God for her!! She made me another and she got it PERFECT!! Thank you Elizabeth for your help tonight!! You're the BEST!!!

Coffee is always on par, but this location NEVER asks for your reward number like other locations of the same brand. Does not matter what barista I have had. Have been to this location over a few dozen times as it's near my work.

Sweet little place. Didnt know what to order, my coDriver is the coffee guy. So he knew what he was getting and I was gonna pass. But the Barista, thru the power of Suggestive Selling, talked me into a Hot Chocolate Flavored beverage, which was Amazing! Still not sure what it was. Very helpful crew. You have a great place here! Keep up the good job!

The customer service is good depending on who you get, that is to say when the employees even acknowledge you. I just sat at this locations window for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged because the employee was too busy talking. And after 5 minutes another employee walks up says "she'll be right with you" and walks off and leaves. Don't waste your time or money at a place with zero customer service.

I have been coming to this Coffee stand for a long time and have been getting the same drink for quite some time, so I show up last week to get my Red Bull drink and I was told I can't have it the way I always get it because it might affect my health and cause issues and if something happens they don't want to be liable, well I'm sorry it's no difference for someone coming in and getting a coffee drink extra sweet.....YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!!

Very sweet and friendly barista. I had a few questions about the stuff they offered, probably too many dumb questions, but she answered all of them with a smile and made exactly what I was hoping for!

By far my favorite BFJ!!! That being only because the baristas are so awesome!!! I go everyday before work. Barista named Lo, is the sweetest I've ever met. Gets us right with our drinks every single time. She comes to work with the intent and the energy to make everyones day awesome. This location has an awesome team. Lexi and Yvonne are just as awesome! Thanks ladies for starting my work day on the right foot. The BIG FOOT! 😉😂
