Great place to visit with friends and catch up. Attentive, friendly and kind servers

Overpriced for terrible chai tea. I called ahead to ask if their chai thickened up, I use oat milk and it typically is an issue unless they use a powder or make it a certain way. The girl on the phone, Sydney, assured me that it did. It was not only watery but barely palatable. And they charged me $15 dollars for two drinks that did not even taste good.
After having someone else try it I have concluded it must be rancid or expired. Super gross!

Probably the most poorly designed parking lot in Spokane. To the point where dealing dealing with it had an impact on my enjoyment of the experience. Past that, my order came with neither cream, nor the room for cream as was requested. Not a huge deal, but when the order is coffee, water, and room for cream, to forget one part is to miss 1/3 of the points possible. Might consider trying it again after the initial rush dies fown.

Apparently this place fancies themselves a restaurant ONLY. You are not allowed to order coffee and sit down. Yes, you read that correctly. You are forced to order food or you cannot sit at a table. It should be renamed Thomas Hammer Restaurant to get the point across.
Very disappointing that the South Hill did not gain a pleasant coffee shop to frequent.

I know everyone is understaffed and overworked. But for the past few months, 90% of the time, my order is wrong in some way or another. The cups usually have coffee spilt down the side. Pastry case is hit or miss, most of the time the food is stale or overcooked.

You can't copy third-wave coffee style with second-wave coffee. I had a v60 pour over of a "light" roast that was more burnt than Starbucks Pike roast. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the coffee was straight trash. Thomas, if you are reading this, you aren't going to be able to compete with Indaba, Second Ave, Roast House, or Ladder - if you are just competing on environment not product.

Met a friend here for a coffee and a quick bite. A fun, modern and comfy atmosphere. The coffee was amazing and the food delicious. I thought the food prices were surprisingly low too. I'll be back!!!

Very nice with plenty of selection and options. Great new coffee and food location

The ambiance is amazing, love the food, and for dairy free people like myself the jack hammer with oatmilk is where it's at! They have gifts and all kinds of goodies :)

Great space and environment. Only downside is the lack of parking space.
