Asked for drinkable, warm. They gave me boiling hot. Couldn't even take a sip for 20 minutes. Unfriendly barista. She didn't say a word to me or look at me. Just kinda fling coffee and go style.

Listen. The WiFi didn’t work the last three times I went. The staff is so wonderful and the food is pretty tasty but this place isn’t well-managed. If the WiFi does work, you get kicked off at an hour. I feel like if you don’t want the student study or WFH professional vibe, just don’t have WiFi. Several coffee shops in spokane don’t have WiFi and you know going there that they don’t. Now I just won’t come in because it’s a waste of time if I can’t even use the WiFi for an hour.

I was so excited for this location to open, since it’s opened I have continued to give it chance after chance. First of all we all know that drive-through is ridiculous LOL. So if I’m in my big truck it’s very difficult to navigate and I have to go inside. But, when I do go through the drive-through every time they mess up my drink. Last time I went inside I request a white coffee and they made it with regular coffee and when I asked for them to remake it they didn’t even respond “yes” just snatched it from me like I was in the wrong? I literally just got my last coffee from there today, a $6 latte, and I always ask for my drinks to be drinkable like around 145 so I can drink it immediately. Really not a difficult task and if you call it picky well whatever because I can have my coffee how I like it lol that’s what I pay for. i usually get it back scorching hot but today I went to take a drink and thought that I had whip cream on the top because it was so cold. Nope they just literally poured cold milk just all on the top of the coffee. Tastes awful. I normally bother to go inside and say something, and Im met a few times too many with attitude from the baristas. This time I did not. I shouldn’t have to go in every time I get a coffee because it’s always made wrong. I do love the way it was designed and decorated inside. That’s about it for this location though. Thomas hammer is pretty known for having delicious coffee, but this location is killing its reputation.

The atmosphere when you walk into the building is very comfortable. Customer Service was great and my coffee was served at my table and just how I like it. I would recommend this place to any coffee lover.

I love Thomas hammer I think it's one of the better coffees especially as a drive-thru. Although I think they're overpriced compared to the other competition. I probably will not be going back due to this reason.

Ordered a tart and a jackhammer. After 20 minutes I had to leave without the food to get to the next appointment. If you have a long time to sit this place is great. Otherwise don't expect much speed.

One of the best Cortados in town, which is actually no small order, nutty, chocolaty and satin like - amazing!

The space is awesome inside and out and has a great vibe. The outdoor patio space is great in the afternoon for some sunshine.

My coffees have been so bad for the past three days it’s crazy that you can order a drink from any store have them pretty uniform but at this location it’s always something different even tho I got the same thing past three days. Thomas hammer coffee is better then this and I hope it gets fixed

Ignore the pastry case. Items are usually stale. My last purchase was a chocolate chip cookie that could not be broken in half even after being warmed up in the microwave. Sadly, this was not the first disappointing purchase from the pastry case and, they charge full price for items many days old.

Love sitting on the patio in the summer. Such a great spot with tasty coffee and snacks. The peppermint sage tea is a must have when it’s available.
