Terrible not only did they have to ask as several times what we ordered when we finally got to order that was wrong will never go there again had to stop at a local store to get this sugar-free sugar that they didn't put in among some other things

The Baristas were more interested in gossiping Baristasabout other employees rather than offering customer service.

I've had nothing but positive experiences and amazing drinks, both coffee and lotus Italian sodas.
