I usually love this place it's typically my go to spot but today was not a good day here. I ordered 4 drinks, spent $30 and didn't get what I ordered. I asked for 1 drink to only have 16oz of the red tiki as I have to limit my caffine intake and know exactly how many ounces if that particular engery drink I can have and I asked for them to have light ice as it hurts my teeth. I watched her fill my cups to the top with ice, I asked her to dump some out she dumped out very little, so I had to ask multiple times for the ice to be dumped. After she made my drinks I asked which one had the 16oz of tiki in it and I was told "well I made them the same" I said well that isn't what I asked for. She proceeded to hand me my drinks. I know have a drink I can drink very little of because she chose not to listen to my order. My orders weren't hard and almost all the same drink. I usually always have a great experience with this location but paying $30 for drinks I had to argue about and still be made wrong makes me not want to stop here anymore.
This morning I went to this coffee stand. There was only one gal working. The sweetest by the way. A co- worker parked her truck walked inside the coffee stand, made herself two drinks and left. While this young gal is trying to make coffee for two sides packed of cars. I felt so bad for her. She was so calm and smiled the entire time. That girl will go far in life. ✨
I dont drive this way so its hard to say but my first time coming in i was getting a bigger drink order. The gals werent very friendly even when i asked what they recommend since its my first time. The drinks were good and creative. But id recommend not asking "would you like to leave a tip" especially after not being super friendly, and not asking at all because its weird and makes customers feel like they HAVE TO tip. I dont know anyone who doesn't when they go to a coffee stand anyways. 3.5-4 out of 5
This place is the slowest coffee stand I have ever been to, we sat there for 20mins. There was no energy with the barista that helped us. Coffee stands are about fast get people in and out quickly with good attitudes....not at this stand! Boo never again will we go there! ✌
This place seriously has amazing coffee! I would give a 5 star review except they always hand me the card reader while they go make the coffee. I am sorry but I really don't want to hold on to a card reader that everyone else has used and held on to.
Aside from that I don't have any other gripes about this place. Friendly staff, prices that you would expect, and seriously great coffee that you couldn't get from anywhere else.
I've very rarely in my life come into contact with such poor customer service skills. There's been an ongoing problem with a couple of their baristas who I have asked questions about products they offer, and been talked down to. Little to no eye contact, and very dismissive. Coffee is decent, and I've gone here a lot because it's conveniently close to my home, and business. I honestly spend 20-30 a day on coffee, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
