Proper Joe Coffeehouse

It was very quiet when we came near closing time on a weekday. Coffee was pretty good. The location is great, you can get down by the river to walk along it via the stairs to the left of the building.

Absolutely the best coffee in Snohomish! Family owned and family friendly. All are welcome! I love it!

Great riverfront coffee spot. I was fortunate to come in as a fresh roast was brewing. I'm a big fan of bulletproof style coffee and their's didn't disappoint. With a few drops of vanilla and pinch of cinnamon it hits the spot!

I stopped in for my usual espresso at coffee shops. After finishing, I asked the barista (part owner) where the coffee is roasted and she said her husband (other part owner) roasts the coffee. Many coffee has a burnt roast and that makes for a bad tasting espresso. If you always drink coffee with syrup and cream, you may never notice but for us espresso drinkers, we do.
The roasted coffee here is awesome with a nice mellow flavor and doesn't leave me wanting a glass of water to wash it out. Bravo to Proper Joe Coffeehouse

Great lattes, great seating, and great baristas! My fiancé and I both got the caramel sauce lattes and they were a great balance of coffee and sweetness. Would recommend to those who are strolling through Snohomish.

Cute little place in snohomish, good coffee

Disappointing drinks and service. Iced americano tasted like iced water. Friend had a blended drink and the ice wasn’t blended fully. Baristas didn’t seem friendly to us nor anyone who came in after us; just didn’t seem happy to be making a supposed “proper joe.”

Very good coffee, friendly baristas, and cozy atmosphere.

Cozy and small. The prices are much better compared to other places nearby, without sacrificing quality.
