Cloud City Coffee

Today I went to this café and I tried the latte. It’s not bad, but it’s not something that I would desire. It tasted more milk than the coffee. The coffee taste is good, but I would like to have more coffee taste rather than tasting more oat milk. I would not return back. Chocolati was much much better than this coffee shop. I wish to give this place five stars, but I decided to give it four stars

I think this is a good neighborhood coffee joint and i will continue to patronize.

The service is friendly. Coffee is fine. Food items are delicious.

Recommend using their app ahead of time if in a hurry though- it doesnt seem as though in-cafe orders are prioritized over app orders. I've had this experience many times not using the app whether they're busy or not. If this changes I'll increase my rating

My favorite place to get coffee! My bf and I go there every week and we absolutely LOVE it! They have a large variety of drinks, pastries, and food choices! Plus they also have a pickup spot for online orders, which makes the contactless stuff so much easier! Plus it’s all ready for you when you get there and you don’t even have to go inside. They make it so easy and safe to order coffee during a pandemic.

If you mix up someone’s order so then they have to go through the whole rigmarole of reordering maybe consider a discount?…possibly escalate their order to the front of the line so they don’t have to wait an additional fifteen minutes for the coffee that was meant to accompany the dry breakfast sandwich?! …but def DROP the hipster eye rolling snarky attitude. It’s customer service. It’s not brain surgery. You can manage it.

I haven't actually been to the physical location but ordered an item from their online store. The package arrived timely and in perfect condition. The item color was the wrong color though from what I chose online, and Jill (owner) responded super quick and was very nice and made it 100% right. Whenever I get a quick response and real effort to make something right, I will always give that business more of my money. Cloud City is now one of those places.

I'm so happy to have rediscovered this local coffee spot over the past year. Not only are the beverages delicious, (even a black coffee!) but the baked goods are also on point. They actually bake them in house AND have vegan and GF options! The staff is always warm and friendly. Most importantly, they have been following safety protocols to the max during Covid. Thank you Cloud City for always being the best. Finally tried the banana and sesame muffin this morning and it is living up to all expectations. :)

Food and drink were fine, but it's a bit of all assembly line. Disappointingly, they put everything into paper and plastic. When when I said I was dining in they told me they had no paper plates! So they squeezed my quiche into a little box.
I think they may be stuck in early pandemic think, when everyone was afraid to touch anything twice

Coffee was great, breakfast sandwich was good, atmosphere was nice, but the frittata was pretty rubbery and not very flavorful - can’t recommend ordering that.

Great coffee and a plain croissant! Nice/friendly staff. Croissant was so good and buttery. Coffee delicious too! Very safe and they practice cleanliness here. Will go again soon. Five stars!
