Wish I had his name so management take action towards him, unfortunately I only remember his look. An asian man, who wasn't even at the cashier at the moment we walked in, was rude like if he didn't like his job. Me and my girlfriend walked in to the shop and there was literally nobody. It took a while for this man to come out of the kitchen. And when he finally came out, he came with an attitude, like if he was making us a favor. I don't put my money on businesses with an attitude, we left immediately.

Ordered two cappuccino and both were essentially just a cup of frothed milk. Almost zero coffee taste. And they were five bucks each. Hopefully this place can improve their caps.

I have been a frequent customer of Caffinated for about a year, and Tony, is the owner of this establishment, and is here every day. I love that it is an independent shop, the coffee is amazing, and Tony is a master barista. Masks are required as it is a state mandate, and if you want to stay to enjoy your beverage, you will need to show proof of vaccination. The reason, not only because it’s required by the state, also Tony wants to protect his customers.
I love coming here. Hopefully, the pandemic will be controlled and this lovely coffee shop can flourish.

After seeing the reviews and the responses by the owner now I don't feel like I was the only one. This place makes you feel really uncomfortable as soon as you walk in, and the owner needs to take a course on how to respond publicly to customers not blaming them for their inefficiency. This coffee shop will not last very long 😂😂

Stopped in for coffee on a chilly rainy day. The owner was a cool guy! Talked plants and horticulture with my wife, shared tips on raising ferns, and was just an all around fascinating guy. We loved the coffee too!

We happened upon this place wandering around looking for a new coffee shop. It has amazing ambiance- perfect for sitting & enjoying coffee alone, meeting a friend, or studying with a group. There’s a huge gathering table and some smaller tables inside & out. The mocha was tasty but the coconut macaroon was the best I ever had!!! This place is so close to the Space Needle, too!!!

I was at this store yesterday and it was such an amazing experience! Although it was newly opened, a lot of people have came and many of my friends recommanded it to me! I really liked how the inner was designed within the choices of wood furnitures. Also, the storeowner was really nice and patience. It was my first time there and yesterday when I didn't know which coffee to get, he recommanded a lot of great coffee to me. I got an ice coffee, which was one of his recommandations, and to be honest, it was absolutely the best coffee I have ever gotten in Seattle! It was a great place to relax and work while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Beautiful atmosphere.
Had the pleasure of meeting one of the proprietors on my first visit. I was impressed by his passion about coffee.
And his love of the craft definitely comes across in the product.

Literally the worst experience. We walk in, tell the guy at the register that we don't like hot coffee at all. We pay for an iced vanilla latte. He gives it to us hot. He also suggests a coffee to me, i clearified, "this is not hot, correct?" He gives me a 5oz hot drink.

This employee did not listen at all. He had headphone in the entire time. What an annoying experience.

Edit to respond to owner:
I didn't say anything because it was abundantly clear to everyone but you. Also, I didn't drink the coffee, walk outside and you'll see it's still sitting at the table. It wasn't even worth the walk to the trash can. Stop responding to customers rude, it's a bad look.
