Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been to almost all the stores in Washington state. Being from Southern Oregon Dutch Bros is a staple in my life. This stand keeps the tradition of Travis and Dane alive. They are always pleasant, my drink is great, and they make even a rough day a little brighter.

The worker Kara deserves a raise she is the sweetest person me and my friend ever encountered. The service was amazing and she literally brought us to tears with her kindness❤️❤️

Got a chai this morning and worst the worst one I ever had! Their coffee (golden eagle) I had was better, but is like a meal with 600 calories. Friendly employees.

my friend and i went today and this person was the sweetest, i don’t know their name, but they helped us in the drive thru (3/4) they had black hair i think! give them props for me!

I really like their mochas. No matter how many mochas I've tried at different places, they never taste as good as Dutch Bros!

They deserve negative stars! Their customer service is a JOKE! When certain individuals work (especially the guy with the tattoos) the coffee is always nasty like he’s too lazy to clean the machine because it’s Friday morning. Then he has an attitude when asking you to fill the cup with milk because he didn’t clean the machine or burnt the shot. He’s incredibly disrespectful too thinking he can talk to people any kind of way. He almost learned this morning that you can’t lol. That’s crazy to me for someone in that kind of service to act that way. He and one other guy are the ONLY ones who do it it’s like they act like it comes from their pocket but when they make the coffees they’re consistently burnt or just nasty, but then they want a tip when they’re not even doing their job. They definitely NEED training. So since he wouldn’t fill the cup up, sell extra milk at this point he wouldn’t even remake it. Idk how they think it’s okay to do that. It’s not like these are cheap drinks they’re $6-8 and even if they were still. So I’ll take a refund now that you’ve wasted more supplies than actually giving me what I paid for by filling the cup anyway 😂 The only normal guy there is the short guy he’s chill and respectful. Some of the girls are cool as well.

the Cookie Mocha freeze is my drink. I also have tried the white chocolate mocha and some of Dutch specialty drinks and they keep me coming back. The staff is amazing and up beat to get your morning going.

I usually hit this location in the morning, but today went after work to get my pre-Mariners TV game drink on - I did the Blended High Dive Rebel it is so good with the fruit topping. People here are so friendly and great customer service.

I go to Dutch every single day and have for years, when I placed my typical order at this particular stand after waiting in line for 30 minutes trapped to where I couldn't even get out if I wanted to, they told me they were going to charge me almost double for my regular order because of some rule they have, the first time I've heard of this rule going to Dutch every single day for multiple years. They did not start running the line and taking orders until I was second from the stand and already waited in line for 30 minutes, definitely never going back to this stand and it's a shame because it's the only one for many miles in this area.

Since the moment the woman was taking my order I didn’t like her vibe and expressions. She didn’t smile or spoke with a good attitude. Maybe it was just me but when she handed me my drink through the drive thru it was already leaking, at first I thought that it was excessive liquid but no, the side of the cup was cracked, not completely but when you hold on to it and even when you lightly squeeze it, it leaked. I don’t know if that was on purpose or the cup already had a crack on the side but dutch bros cups are flexible and not easily broken into. First time to ever happen. With a cut like that, why didn’t the woman notice, she took the order and made the drink.
