Candor Coffee

THE most charming java team I've ever met! They truly do an excellent job of making your order spot on EVERY TIME!!! They know my daughter's order (I usually treat her on Fridays) and have made perfect suggestions when they were out of her favorite. They have a lovely variety of goods for purchase as well, such as earrings, rings, scent diffusers, t-shirts, whole bean coffee, etc. PLENTY of seating inside and out!! Great healthy options on the menu offered for food and drinks. Love this spot!

I think we all look for those cozy little "local" spots. That's what drew me to Candor. I settled right in, looking to work for an hour or two from the cafe. I did this for a day a week for a few weeks. Unfortunately, Candor let me down. The coffee is meh...adequate. The pastries are dry and appear day-old (at best). The baristas lack warmth. One of them remembered my name and usual order...but in such a dry and unaffected way it was still off-putting. Also, they play the music quite loudly. I like music...I like loud music, just not when I'm looking for a cozy quite place to have a coffee and conversation or to work remotely, taking an occasional call or meeting.
I've taken to working at the Starbucks across the street...if that tells you anything...

It was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in a coffee shop. I waited for my order for like over 30 mins and the lady that was taking my order was sitting on a chair the whole time and she was eager to chat with her friends. She didn’t pay attention to my order. After I had told them that I didn’t get my order they acted like it was nothing.

Also music here is very depressing.

We are visiting from Florida and came by for some good coffee. Wonderful, friendly service. The Macchiatos were spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Highly recommend!

Such a relaxing and welcoming place! Came with a 3 month old to meet a friend on a Tuesday- alot of people working, Great coffee, cute style and ambience. Will be back!

Had a short latte that was perfect. The sunlight in this space is beautiful. I wish I lived closer so I could come here every morning! Bonus for folks on laptops: I noticed the bar seating has a ton of outlets!

My husband and I finally went in for an on-the-go coffee and breakfast after ruling out McDs or Starbucks and wanting something different. Wow! What a great surprise inside! So cute and trendy, food was great, my mocha was great, service was great. We got the mozz breakfast sandwich, bacon breakfast sandwich and blueberry scone. Mozz sandwich had a nice red pepper kick that I’ll be going back for.

This is a great place to study or meet people. Very light and inviting. Stands out in contrast to all the other coffee shops as a cheerful place.

Love the chance to support local businesses! Candor Coffee is absolutely adorable! Though we cannot fully enjoy the interior for a sit down and stay experience currently (thanks covid), it is still so fun to admire when stopping in for pickup. The staff are extremely friendly and the specialty drink menu is fun and always changing! Definitely worth a visit! :)
