I only keep coming back because the pastries are so good, but the service is always painfully slow and orders constantly get mixed up or stolen due to impatient people getting frustrated. It’s shocking to me that with 3 people behind the counter that it takes so long for coffee orders to come out when there’s only 1 or 2 orders ahead of me. I could drive to Starbucks and come back with a drink before Mercury’s finishes the order ahead of me. Something needs to be fixed about the workflow.

Love this new branch of Mercury's! Coffee drinks were good and there wasn't a huge line like the one in Bellevue. I was really happy with the barista Brooke, she recognized me from the Bellevue branch. I highly recommend this place, good coffee shop for before or after a trip to Costco just down up the street lol

I like the coffee, but the food is outrageous in price. $12.95 for a sandwich and $6 for a cookie. Yes, it is high quality food. But for double the cost. Shame on you

My wife and I like the coffee at Mercury's, as always, but the service quality was extremely poor. We unfortunately caught them in a shift change, and our order was lost while only 1 remaining barista was taking and making orders. We waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks which is completely unacceptable and very frustrating as we had 2 impatient small children with us. We will consider returning to Mercury's, but not this location.

I usually get my normal order of a cold brew with oat milk but decided to branch out to a latte. The bee's knees was made so well I just had to write a raving review! There's usually a new face or two when I stop by, but it looks like Brooke has been doing a fantastic job with training and building a solid team!

Arrived at 6:40pm, they were closed despite posted hours (both online and on their doors) being 8:00pm closed. The girls inside told me they were closed by mouthing the words from behind the counter and pointing at their wrist like they were wearing a watch and then proceeded to ingore me. I was not the only customer turned away and there were no posted signs that they had to close early due to an issue. I booked it to a different location (by Albertsons on Redmond Fall City Road, my preferred location) as most locations do close at 7:00pm and was met with exemplary service. The young man even apologized for the way I was treated at my first stop.

Awesome coffee and baked goods. Staff was friendly and attentive. I got the Hawaiian blonde coffee and a cheese danish and it was all very delicious.

I don’t understand how they are so slow at making coffee. They are very nice people and seem well staffed, but it shouldn’t take 5 minutes to make one cappuccino. This wasn’t a one time thing. It’s every time I go there.
