I tried the mocha, I think it was too sweet. Next time I probably have to let them know in advance to go easy on the chocolate syrup. But Latte and butter croissant was awesome.

Had the bees knees tea latte and it was outstanding. Very cool place.

There was a mistake made, and the manager Brooke called me personally to apologize! She also offered a free menu item. She was super professional and sweet! I appreciated how personable she was & how she made sure everything was right! Thank you Brooke! :)

I usually go to the location on Redmond way, but I realized this location was on my way hone from running errands so I spot by. First of all, I love that they had Mexican drinks like the Mexican Spice. I usually buy my Mezican coffee when I'm in Beacon Hill, so it definitely made my day to see it on the menu. 2nd. It was one of the cleanest coffee shops I've been to and I also liked that the music wasnt too loud. 3rd. The employees were all very kind and friendly. I had a great conversation with the woman who was working about the store and how much we both love Mexican hot chocolate. She thanked me at least twice for coming in before I left. This place is definitely one of my new favorite coffee shops on the Eastside.

I’m a die hard Mercury’s fan and would ask for a Blonde Hawaiian for my last meal, so I’m biased towards liking this place. I took a star off because as much as I love the coffee, I stopped here to try the baked goods but the pastries were outrageously expensive, so I passed. The raspberry croissant was 7.50, and I can’t figure out who is paying those prices. I still left with my favorite signature drink so all was well, but I’d suggest a more reasonable price on the food items for sure.

Outrageously bad coffee.

We go to Mercury's for one thing - blended mocha. It is expensive, but Mercury's is the only place that blends it smooth. Today, it was not blended well - there were chunks of ice such that one cannot suck through a straw. It did not even taste good. If that is what I wanted, I should just go to a 7-Eleven.

Friendly staff, delicious food. Great to grab and go, but also a relatively slow location (at the time I went anyway) that was nice to sit and chat. Always a favorite.

Yummy treats, excellent coffee...could use more parking.

Very nice place, has an indoor seating area AND an outdoor seating area. Be aware the outdoor area is next to a very busy road that is constantly having dump trucks, cement trucks, UPS trucks, FedEx trucks etc. go by. This is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, if you have a kid who loves trucks, it may be a very good thing! But it is definitely a NOISY thing. Be prepared to use your loud voice to be heard by anyone you're talking to.

This location seems to have a lot of food options. There are cold options like yogurt parfaits and salads. Breakfast sandwich options that can be reheated for you. And lots of huge cookies and pastries. I believe the coffee menu is the standard Mercury's coffee menu.
