Smoothies are not blended well, like water with little ice chunks. I got taro and it tasted more like bland sugar milk. Also got fried custard buns and they were good but the bread inside was kinda tough. $20 for that. I'm not a cynical person but I'm not going here again

POPO has become one of my favorite little cafe style shops in Pullman! Despite not being the BEST quality in terms of food and drinks and everything, it's yummy and easy for college students to work and eat. They have foods I've never tried before and it has a lovely environment. Definitely worth a shot, if the hours work for you!

This place gave me food poisoning.
Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give this business a chance—I definitely regret that now. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The best! The best bubble tea. The best boba. However you want to word it. Just... the best. Chefs kisses.

Use to be my favorite but now it sucks! Worst customer service ever! I asked for blended the gave me iced when I let them know my order was wrong the girl glared at me. I ended up waiting longer because they took their sweet time. Will never go there again.

Wouldn’t let me order any Milk Teas for delivery even though they were two and half hours till closing. Make it make sense. Mushroom buns don’t even have mushroom and lack filling to begin with. Shrimp and fries mild spicy weren’t even a little spicy. Only good thing was the potstickers and even then that was meh.

Sorry to be honest, but it was not a very friendly encounter, I am not sure if it was a bad day or distracted employees. I was really hoping someone could help me understand their menu as a person new to ordering boba - it was my first time doing it and the experience was not good for me. Overall, the back of house was visibly a mess, I could see garbage and other spilled things down the short hall. Unfortunately I will not be revisiting.

Ordered $40 worth of food from here -boba, hotpot, fried rice, tofu. The take-out order failed to include utensils, which isn't a big deal, but was MISSING the rice that accompanies the hotpot and had to cook our own. Also, we emphasized over the phone to have the tofu spicy as you can choose your spice level -tofu arrived not only not spicy, but with NO SAUCE on it at all, as if straight from the packaging. Was a regular customer for over a year, but will not be coming back. Very disappointed in their service and quality now.

Ordered a Peach Oolong Tea. There was no sweetener in it, but the tea bag was left in the tea so it was extremely bitter. Took it back and asked for more sweetener, and the employee BEGRUDGINGLY took it and added sweetener, but didn't add ice so it was lukewarm and definitely not food safe or appetizing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING for a $4+ tea

Hot pot and fired noodles are delicious. Most of drinks are good
