The food here was so good! We got a burger, curried chicken wrap and clam chowder and all were delicious. The portions were also great for a casual cafe lunch spot and the prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

This place was awesome!!! I met Alex, who's worked here 7 years. She was so helpful & professional! She was very personable. The Mocha Mint Cappuccino was delicious and so was the breakfast sandwich.
Go see Alex. [She deserves a big raise!!!]

3.5 stars. We were surprised to find that this is not a full service restaurant, you order and pay at the counter. Not a contributor to the rating, just want folks to know this doesn't work like a "real" restaurant. I will post photos with this review because if you just scan the photos it's misleading. That said, the counter hospitality was good.
We ordered the vegetable hash and corned beef hash. Eggs were over-poached, hard not medium, on the veggie hash. The vegetables were very thin sliced, not chunks, limp greasy and texture less. The "hash" was
almost exclusively potatoes and an unidentifiable sweet root (?) of some kind. Unpleasant.
The corned beef hash was marginally better, but both the beef and the vegetables were also thin sliced. The dish looked and ate like it was composed of food cut up for other dishes and repurposed for this menu item. It wasn't integrated in any way and was almost flavorless. For me the point of corned beef hash are the savory chunks of spiced corned beef melded with chunks of potatoes, onions and peppers. That essence was utterly lacking.
Won't come back tomorrow even though we will be at the Park again.

Had lunch here last week. Ordered the tomato soup and the BBQ chicken sandwich. One bite of each was enough -- actually too much. Very disappointing. Husband had the BLT -- ate it but would not volunteer to order another one ever again. Counter staff was preoccupied and brusque.
Who needs this lack of quality and attitude of indifference in a town full of charming cafes with warm and friendly service?

We ordered the pulled pork patty melt and burger. They were both amazing.
The pulled pork was smoked and cooked perfectly. The burger had a great bacon onion jam on it. Super yummy, we’ll be back again !

Fantastic food at truly reasonable prices. Microbrew beers for $3 and domestics for $2. All of the entrees we had (halibut, pork chop, and filet) were elegantly presented, a good portion size, and were promptly shared around the table because they were delicious. Excellent service in a comfortable, interesting space. Equally tasty children's menu for $5 a plate, as well. There should have been S line out the door for good of this quality, and yet we were the only people in the restaurant on a Wednesday night for most of the meal. Would eat here three times a week if I lived locally.

Lovely, reasonably priced brunch with bottomless mimosas, traditional and contemporary fare, with country fries instead of hashbrowns, as well as vegetarian, df and gf options. They let us linger after the meal for conversation over coffee, as they always do.

Food was great, servers were friendly and accommodating. Service was a bit slow, but worth the wait. Decent kid choices, and adults got a tasty shrimp pasta and parmesan encrusted cod that was also quite good.

Hidden gem on the Port Townsend food scene. Outstanding food at reasonable prices. Check out this new restaurant at Fort Warden, in Port Townsend. We've been there 4 times with consistently excellent food and service . It's our new favorite place to dine in PT. A Discovery Pass isn't required to dine at Reveille.

The cafe just raised their prices on menu items for the SECOND time this year, so expect to pay dinner prices for lunch entrees.
I just paid $15 for a BLT that I would have paid $12 on just last week. I didn’t notice a substantial jump in quality either.
Most out-of-towners won’t notice a price change, but this pinches locals like myself who do work at the Fort and support the local economy. At these prices, it may be more worth it to hop in a car and get a better deal downtown at, say, the Owl Sprit Cafe (still the undisputed champ of local eateries). Or just brown bag it.
Disappointing.
