morning bakery goods 👌 were as I remembered.

Great place to drop in for a sandwich and cuppa.

The Good News: with a reservation you too can do high tea.

The Bad News: you can find yourself without a place to sit on a busy tourist weekend. YMMV.

Very lovely owners and DELICIOUS pastries and tea. It would be a shame not to stop here.

Friendly staff and great drinks/food! I ordered the cold brew, which was great, before I realized they specialize in tea. The breakfast sandwich and pastry I had were delicious. Next time I'll try their tea!

We had a wonderful service of high tea today, can't wait to return. Service of sparkling wine followed by individual selection of tea, and lovely tea tray with nice assortment. Highly recommended!

After many previous visits enjoying tea & scones, I had lunch here for the first time today & it was (totally overused word coming...) AWESOME! I had the soup of the day which was delicious & creative along with the mozzarella, tomato & basil sandwich. It was lovely sitting with some warm tea & a beautiful meal with the view of Pippa's fireplace on a chilly day. This is definitely a warm & welcoming (the customer service is incredible) spot throughout the year.

We went in after a day of shopping to get some deserts to go and they did not disappoint! We’d never had lemon curd cake and it was amazing and it you like molasses cookies this is the place for you! We’ll definitely be back to try some of their other goodies ❤️

Wonderful high tea. Our server was exceptional. Some of our group wasn't familiar with types of tea so our server offered to let us smell several teas to see if we would like them. My husband got a smoked tea which was really good. I don't eat beef/pork/chicken and 99% of their tea sandwiches aren't made with those meats. They had a really good tea sandwich with cheese spread & fruit. They make their own clotted cream for the scones & it's amazing.

Pippa's is fantastic, and not just for the tea. They have a great selection of more casual lunch items and desserts as well as formal tea service.

Go sit at the bar and tell them the kind of flavor you are looking for in your tea and they will bring you several varieties to smell before you make your choice. They can do it hot, cold, however you want it. All the staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Don't feel at all intimidated if you aren't normally a tea drinker they LOVE to make recommendations and are very good at it. Be careful though, you may fall in love with a few varieties and end up taking home more than you expected.

Tea, so many great choices! Food is good, tasty and quick. Nice relaxing atmosphere, looking forward to trying the high tea option.
