We have been going here since they have opened. and normally really enjoy the service and quality. But over the years its become a hit or miss on both. now it just seems like daily regulars and more important and make up fashion also. they seem to have a hard time knowing lightly toasted to burnt edges. and will serve other customers after us from start to finish before finishing the other half of ours. today was a big miss. To bad because the owner has always been super nice and on top. cudos to her.

It really pleases me to see this place so highly rated. They have been my go to coffee spot long before even thinking to check online reviews. Fantastic coffee, customer service, and atmosphere. Usually a bit of a wait, but you'll understand why patrons don't mind once you try it. Check em out!

BEST COFFEE PLACE EVER! Okay let me start with, I'm a coffee enthusiast. I have tried ALL of the coffee shops from Port Angeles to Sequim and this coffee shop is the only coffee shop where I've consistently gotten great quality coffee and redbull spritzers. YES they take a long time to take care of their customers but that's the small price you have to pay for the best coffee in the Peninsula. If you don't go here, you're really missing out. Also don't forget to grab a stamp card for rewards because you will be back again.

Honestly they are fine for really basic orders, but most of the time they will mess up your order. They won't give you a free if you have your punch card filled, you have to ask them to, so there was a good 3-4 trips till they finally gave me a free one. And their beverages are usually very powdery or have a lot of syrup in the drinks so you have to ask them to tone it down just a smidge.

The coffee here is okay, but nothing special. The shop itself is awfully small and crampe. But the biggest reason this shop gets 2 stars is that the people here are SLOW. Seriously slow. There is no sense of time involved when you order. I've been here four times now and today was the last straw; I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru, and there were only two cars in line ahead of me. I've been a barista, and I know that sometimes making drinks takes time, but the staff at this location is really, really slow.

The girls are always so rude to their non-regulars, I once came in here and waited 10 minutes for a piece of toast. And when I pointed out it was finished and they served 3 orders that came after me I got "Drink orders firstt"

I gave this place several chances and I'm always treated like a second rated unwanted customer. I won't be returning

Recently moved to the area and this is now my go to coffee shop. The shop has so many options for drinks and food. The service is always very friendly. It can get pretty busy at times but it is so worth the wait. They seem to have a lot of regulars and a real sense of community. They are great at suggesting different types of drinks when you aren't sure of what you're wanting!

I Absolutely Love The Sandwiches !!! Most of the Soups!! The drinks are awesome most of the time! The staff however are always in a hurry and don’t want to be bothered with you taking your time to decide!

I went in for a coffee, hoping for the best, but realizing that a dairy intolerance usually leaves me with a bad cup of coffee.... NOT THE CASE HERE BY ANY MEANS.. And in fact, I could cry the cup was so good, RARELY do I get the love in a cup I want, but these ladies, they just melt my heart with their products... I also had a breakfast bacon egg croissant. OVER THE TOP! I love everything, I am so happy today, thank you so much!!!! I LOVE HIGHER GROUNDS
