This little place has everything you need for getting you set for the morning. The Baristas are so friendly and make great suggestions. They are beverage artists and make anything you want. They also have smoothie options. In addition they have all sorts of pastries and breakfast food items. They have a local baker bring in banana and pumpkin bread which is totally my go to. It is a free standing coffee spot and drive through only, so if there are a few cars in line it might take a few more minutes, but well worth it. I accidentally drove off without my debit card one time and to my surprise and relief, they still had it the next day. One of the baristas tried to run after my caršāāļø but I guess I was too focused on enjoying my pumpkin breadšÆ. Needless to say, this place has my voteš. Oh, and they have a customer appreciation program. Sign up and sign in on each visit and earn a free drink on your 11th visit or something like that. Pretty cool!
Well I wouldn't know how good their coffee was because I sat in line for 15 min while both baristas were talking to another girl standing outside of the window. At first I thought maybe they were making her coffee but after sitting there for so long and not wanting to be late for work I drove around the girl and noticed the baristas weren't even making food or coffee. Just standing their talking away. I don't care if they do that but Jesus make sure your customers are helped before you do. Never going here again!
The employees are always friendly and helpful. I had a time I reached the limit to get a free coffee but my number wasn't working and they honored it anyway. They are very kind and helpful and their drinks are delicious.
I was seriously disappointed. They charged us 50 cents for using our debit card when our purchase was $14! Iām sorry thatās ridiculous. I mean I heard of places charging 25 cents if your purchase was under $5...never going back. But now it makes sense because I have gone there 4 other times and they never disclosed that information to me and the total amount they verbally said was always less than what the receipt said. Correct me if Iām wrong (seriously please do) I thought businesses werenāt allowed to do that anymore...at least not with debit cards or it has to be a minimum $1-$10 purchase.
Was stuck on the Westside for a couple hours, so Googled for nearby coffee places. Saw the reviews were much better than other places nearby, so went by, expecting coffee to match. Not so much. It was decent, but not great...and the $.50 surcharge for using a card, while somewhat understandable, was steep.
I used to order a 24oz blended mocha. I haven't went back since they now seem to skip putting coffee in the blended drink entirely. It tastes like a chocolate shake with absolutely no coffee.
Their rewards program is miss leading, I purchased 4 drinks and only received 1 credit, NO other company's have this policy, aswell it would be nice to know at time of purchase rather then find out later through a text, No management phone number, to express my concerns, when I asked the server about the issue the answer I got was " then don't come here" Very rude, skip this coffee shop!
This coffee stand has been my favorite in Olympia for years! The Spiced Chai is some of the best I've EVER come across. Make it a dirty chai and you're set. As well, all of the baristas I've interacted with have been friendly, charismatic, and helpful. Highly recommended spot on the Westside!
one of the staff had her mask off and under her chin the entire time, made no effort to pull it up even when handling food and taking our payment. the other staff did not tell her to pull it up at all either. will not be coming back
