Best place to have coffee and get some work done.

The staff is all fantastic and very nice. They all get 5 stars.

Things are starting to get busier but because of covid there is less seating.
They did just tell me recently to max my time at 3 hours per drink. -1.

It's understandable but not sure how that's enforceable. A better policy would be to reserve large tables for parties of 2 or more until mask restrictions end.

This is my first time here so not a large sample size in terms of service quality yet-- but so far so good! However, I love the intentionality present in the design, rebranding of the place, and environment (music, interior design, etc). Love that they have self serve water since y'know, water is life. Great gelato. The music is not overly distracting and easy going which attracts students like myself. They have fun menu options that make it a great meeting spot -- gelato, alcoholic choices and coffee/non-coffee options too.

This is the place I fell in love with lattes. They are delicious!! Too much sugar but so I usually do sugar free but half the flavoring but a very nice treat!! The employees are very kind!! I'd like to send a special shout out to the gentleman that was closing tonight 7-23-19. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you so much for going above and beyond with your customer service and returning my phone even though you were already closed. Truly grateful!! My go to spot for a nice coffee shop visit.

Incredible atmosphere, warm and welcoming environment, friendly staff, and delicious hand-crafted coffees. Staff is very careful to sanitize all tables after patrons have used them and tables/chairs are spaced safely apart as per Washington state guidelines. Employees wear masks at all times and take proper precautions to ensure customers’ safety. I frequent this establishment multiple times a week and I am never disappointed.

The staff at Spotted Cow is lovely. They never seem to be unhappy in their job, and really that's the most important thing.

The shop has a calm atmosphere, always playing music that doesn't make me want to rip my hair out. Food menu is vegan friendly -- oatmeal and granola if you want breakfast (which I tend to order after 12pm) and vegan ice cream or the occasional Mighty-O if you want dessert. Not sure if it's the espresso or the brand of milk, but their Almond milk / soy lattes are weirdly delightful. The coffee flavor comes through in a smooth and satisfying way. My favorite place for a vegan latte in the Everett/Mill Creek area.

If you become a regular like me, you'll start recognizing lots of faces in the customers around you. SC fosters community. This, the great menu and the cozy seating make it the perfect space for your coffee ritual, whatever that looks like. ☕😊

I love the consistency of every worker! There’s never a time I leave without a smile in my face from the atmosphere Spotted cow has created. Very convenient place if you’re in the Mill creek area! One of my favorite shops to meet people for coffee!!

So happy to have found this cafe - going to be my regular! Friendly atmosphere and attentive barista, good wifi, good sandwiches and great coffee!

I recently moved from Seattle (Mill Creek Specifically) to San Antonio Texas and my friend asked me on our last day together “whats the ONE last thing you want to have before you go?” And first thing the came to mind was this place. I knew exactly what I wanted and how i wanted it. Thats how special this place is. They make amazing coffee and tea’s. Regardless of how busy they are. They always have excellent customer service.

Love the space! My favorite coffee shop!

I have been drinking coffee at the cow since 2007. There have been so many highs and lows as management was always changing. The cow finally has new owners that truly CARE! They care about the coffee, the customer, and the environment. They are also doing a great job in keeping the coffee shop clean and sanitized during this pandemic.

The customer service always blows me away. The sweetest group of young adults. The coffee is amazing. In times past the coffee tasted burnt and like pure dirt. There is now a significant attention to the quality of the coffee and the ingredients used to make different types of coffee. I am blown away with how mazing this place has become with its new ownership and staff. I'll be back once a week....AT THE MINIMUM.
