Espresso Connection

I've always had great customer service here. Alot of people bring up that the baristas are not friendly. This is a very busy espresso stand. To keep the line moving they can't give each customer a therapy session. What matters to me is great coffee at an amazing price.

Best place for coffee and drinks, consistent drinks and amazing staff always friendly. I will go out of my to stop. Also the owners are huge supporter of the local area.

It’s really hard to beat the prices. Everything is well balanced from the price to coffee quality ratio, to the flavor profile and the efficiency of handling multiple orders. Could be the best coffee stand in Snohomish County.

Espresso connection has the most amazing drinks. Been going there for almost 6 months. I will still keep going there cuz the drinks are amazing. But the brisas don't seem as lively as they used to.

Worst customer service and rude employees, messed up my 44 Oz yogurchinno and didn't even replace it, forgot my whip cream and made it too sweet. The owner james Martin was rude too and not understanding and accuses me of doing this all the time now that just feels him being racist abd prejudice. Jordan and the manager/store manager lady was rude too. They are just the worst. Best coffee shop to go to is local espresso or espresso 4u in tacoma. Never will I ever deal with this type of accusation again.

People are great and coffee is good. Worst part of this place is it's almost always busy. Really horrible how much people like this place.

They make the best coffee beverages in the area. The selection of drinks is plentiful. I usually get an iced mocha and my daughter gets some red bull drink mixed with a combination of fruity flavors topped with cream. I can't remember the name of the drink, but they're delicious.
Service is always fast and friendly (don't let the long line of cars fool you.)These girls know what they are doing and they do it well.
They also serve blended ice cream drinks made with real ice cream not that fake ice cream liquid blended with ice. That's rare to find.
The prices are reasonable and much cheaper and better than any Starbucks.

Good prices and very well made coffee. I’ve encountered unfriendly baristas on several visits, but honestly who cares? They’re doing an amazing job and they’re constantly getting through long lines of cars, I wouldn’t want to chit chat either. Come here, get your drink and gtfo lol.

Drink was awesome. I have been here a few times before. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes great service. Sometimes they just rush you. I asked for a drink and walked away before I was finished. She didn't ask if I wanted creme or wiped cream or anything just went straight to making it. Another girl comes back with my total. I was shocked because I wasn't done ordering what I fully wanted. I paid for and took the drink she handed me. It's not that the drink is bad, it's drinkable. But I didn't get to finish my order and she didn't fully care to ask the size or what I wanted in or on the drink aside from the generic small thing.... like she ran away so fast to make it before I was done and I'm shocked they don't train them to ask. Would you like cream? Any whiped cream on top? Like most stands do.... reminds me why I usually stop at other stands...

I love these girls. They are absolutely wonderful..
