The service is excellent, and the baristas are friendly. The coffee has a great flavor, and is not over roasted.

I want to give it 5 stars but after our last encounter with them I am just so disappointed. This is the first coffee place we always go to when we come to Long beach. The workers are always super friendly and get you your coffee fast. With that said we got coffee yesterday and it was awesome like always, purchased 2, 20oz coffee and a 12oz smooth and charges about $15. Went there today and it was almost $20 for the same order we had gotten day before. I told the gal exactly what our order was and she didn't make it right. Then when I asked she said, "oh you didn't tell me that, and the almond milk will be a extra .75$".... I was super shocked almost $20 for 3 drinks....

People are great boba's are different. I've never had a boba made with ice cream before. And they have the charm trail charm back I stock. Yeah!!

We were totally blindsided by the price! We paid $19.22 for a blended mocha and Aan ice americano. No receipt, no sign here, just mumbled the price, took our cards swiped it, gave it back then showed usher back. The blended was o ynotblended well and neither were worth the price. The lack of customer service nailed it though. Will never go here again nor would I recommend others go there.

Totally ripped off. My daughter was in the car in front of me and asked the barista to put her change towards my order which was about $8 and some change. The barista told me the car in front of me paid $5 towards my order, so she tipped herself, then charged me full price for my coffee, which I didn't catch since there weren't any noticeable prices listed. I thought it was spendy, but it's a little tourist town at the beach so I rolled with it. In total, she tipped herself the entire amount of my daughters change, plus got the tip I gave her. I just hope she panicked a bit when she saw us meet up in the parking lot across the street.

It was ok. The barista was pleasant enough, but he gave me the wrong kind of bagel, even though I said it twice. The coffee was not terrible, but it was a bit weak and watered down for my taste. The service was on the slower side for sure, though again not horrible. It's a convenient location for sure, so I would consider going back if I didn't want to go out of the way to the other coffee places in town. Definitely room for improvement though

We got coffee as we were leaving from our vacation. I ordered an 20oz iced americano with cream. Simple drink. I was charged $7.00 for my drink. I was shocked. It should not be that much but I went with it. The drink was disgusting, burnt shots and barely any cream. I couldn't drink it. Also my kid was hungry so I asked what they had in the basket and the guy would barely show me anything, acted like he'd rather be anywhere else. Horrible experience, will not be back.

Depends on who is working as to service, closing gal was not great. Actually asked us if we would like to add a tip to our credit card payment, just a little presumptuous. Coffee was great. Only coffee cart open in town since it is of season. Don't come here after labor day. Everything is closed. No fun.

These girls are good! We sat in line (behind 3 other cars) and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. The coffee was really good too. Great coffee, great service! My new coffee spot when we come to Long Beach.
