Great ambience with both indoor and outdoor seating. Right next to Juanita park. Good coffee, and good baked goods. Loved the latte art!

Order the Caramel Truffle Mocha and you won't be disappointed, it's seriously the best coffee drink you'll ever try. The secret is in the cocoa powder they mix with the milk to make the mocha flavor. It gives the foamed milk a really nice thicker consistency. Delicious! They have a nice sitting area too with cool local art on the walls. Great place to hang out or do some work.

Favorite coffee shop in the area. Lattes are sometimes even more tastier at UCL than they are at the original Stumptown cafes. Also, the ham and cheese croissant is killer!

These guys cannot make a cappuccino. Ask for it to be dry (regular for the rest of the world) and they hand you a latte with extra foam.

Urban Coffee lounge has all of the ingredients to be a "cool" local coffee shop in the center of a captive audience of apartment dwellings. On first sight it has the "right" snacks, the fire, the lounge chairs, the outside patio etc. Disappointingly though, they just cant get their service act together at all. I was turned off and reverted to Starbucks right across the street about 6 months ago when one of the barristers got agitated with me for asking for a cardboard cup insulator as they don't have them in the self service area. It was like a load of trouble for him - his behavior was "precious." My wife decided to give them another try yesterday. I waited in the car parked outside for 25 mins, then joined her to see what was going on. Yes, 25 mins wait and she still did not have our coffee's. She is a shy person and had not said anything. Eventually the coffees came after I arrived. I asked what the heck was going on. I literally got a grunt. No apologies, no reasons given, and then the coffee while expensive was distinctly average. Starbucks across the road is staffed by a friendly bunch of young people who know how to look after a daily customer, never any issues, pretentiousness or attitude, just great service and no horrendous waits.

Cool coffee shop, food is decent, I liked how they served coffee in actual coffee cup not carton one.

Service was less than stellar, in fact pretty mediocre. Prices are way higher than should be, especially considering the service lacks. The coffee was good and so was the banana chocolate chip bread.

It's a small nice place, not a lot of sittings, often there's a line.

It’s nice modern geeky love it ! Good drinks and nice food . I’ve taken my mother there and buy stuff for my self . Yummy .
