kind baristas, chill music, and good place to study. most coffee shops blast pop songs way too loud, so the tranquility of this spot is unique and great!

Great ambience and great place to work! Didn't like the coffee much though

I think this is the best coffee shop on the east side. It’s a great place to study, the music is chill and not too loud, it’s cozy, the coffee and pastry selection is great, the Manhattan mocha is delicious…I can’t say enough great things. This is my absolute favorite place.

Visible is my go-to spot when looking for a pick-me-up. All of their house-made syrups are great, and I especially love their seasonal flavors! Great atmosphere if you are sticking around whether to socialize or work. Highly recommend!

Used to be Urban coffee location.
Good coffee place, cozy location, nice atmosphere and gentle service. I would say that their gem is the gelato from “Gelatiamo”. The pastry selection could be improved.
The only cons that is not exactly kid-friendly. I am not saying to have a small play area with books like used to be before but it’s hard to have a family breakfast during the weekend if you don’t have high chairs for small kids.
P.S. A quick update after the owner reply. Well, I asked three times in different days for the high chairs and they said you don’t have any. So you could admit that you can’t accommodate small kids or you should sync better with your employees 😉.

The staff is always super friendly and they make great drinks (not to mention the gelato!) We also love the breakfast sandwiches, but show up early to get one before they run out on weekends.

A great cozy hole in the wall; lots of comfy tables and chairs to sit and read or work on a laptop. Drinks are around $6, wifi is free. There is light background music but otherwise a library-esque vibe.

I am consistently shocked by the lack of hygiene in this coffee shop. Many times while waiting for my coffee, I see employees grabbing cups from the inside (Ew!), touching their face or hair, and switching from the register to the coffee line without washing their hands. It's a big health hazard, especially during this time, and it is absolutely not okay for employees to be so disregarding of basic sanitary habits. Especially touching the insides of cups where the drink goes. The staff is also not very friendly and slow to make drinks.

Slow, not particularly friendly service. Just didn’t get a welcoming vibe and the quality of the coffee/sandwich isn’t worth another visit from me

Good place for working. Good place for weekend family light brunch. Good place for meeting with friends or book. Love it. Thanks God we have it close to our apartment. Wish one day they serve my pastry 👀❤️
