havnt had such bad taste coffee. So bitter. No flavor of coffee, only bitter taste. Didnot mix with milk smoothly. I ordered two different drinks, both are bad. Environment is good tho.

I’m an ex-barista, and the latte I got here was FANTASTIC. The baristas were also super sweet!

Coffee was DELISH and was joyfully greeted immediately by all three employees who were also working on the future of the shop. It was clear they are super excited to organize, update, and manage the place. I don't live anywhere near there, was just in town for an appt. But if I'm ever that way I'll be sure to stop in and see what they've done with the place!

DO NOT GO HERE. It’s only been 13 days since ownership changed and this place has completely gone down the toilet.
The new owner is self absorbed to the point he changed the name of this cafe to be after him. His name is Arthur but he goes by “Art”.. who screams unprofessionalism & lacks proper guest service skills. Look at his responses to poor reviews, bashing previous employees & speaking bad of the previous owner who everyone loved.
Before I went to write my review, I see that he responded to another’s review and called them petty. That is not the professional way to respond to one’s review.. I’m shocked.
But this review is more about the bigger blonde young woman that served me. I ordered the most simple drink, it was a 12 oz latte…. when I say it was the most disgusting and bitter latte I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living, I can’t make this up. When I walked in she was standing behind the counter talking to another employee, looked at me, smirked, and went back to talking to them for a good minute before saying “sorry what can I get for you?”.. and don’t even ask about their hygiene & food/drink handling practices. I watched as she grabbed my cup from the inside with her fingers all over without washing hands after touching the payment screen. I was horrified. This place has turned to be so mediocre.
Please SAVE your money and go to 203° in Totem Lake or Zoka in downtown Kirkland.

This is not a critique of the food or the coffee, for, though I've tried twice, I've never been actually able to order any.
The first time I mobile-ordered something they were out of but they hadn't updated their inventory, so I had driven almost all the way there before they called me to cancel the order.
The second time I mobile-ordered and it sent the order to the canyon park location because apparently the new management decided not to worry about updating the Joe app or store signage when they took over a few days ago.
I guess the canyon Park location will be getting a lot of orders today!
Very disappointing. I doubt I'll be making a third attempt.

Honestly I’ve never been so hurt and offended by any coffee shop in my life, crazy how insensitive the manger was, would love to get to know the owners this not okay. Jealousy is a real thing, sorry don’t take that inappropriate kind of attitude to a working environment. There’s a place and time for that. Thanks.

I’ve been waiting to write reviews for this coffee shop for a while now. This is my fav stop during the weekend, when I go for long walk and have a cup of hot latte and one of the best coffee shop around here in Kirkland. But today, had a terrible experience. Ordered a extra hot latte and was not called out when it was ready. I waited and then saw that my coffee was lying on the table, when I asked I was being told it’s mine. I specifically ordered a hot latte and it got cold by the time I had it. I wasn’t even sure if I could go and request for a hot coffee, such a pathetic service. Im thinking of coming here only on the weekend and not on other days

not only is the coffee ridiculously overpriced but i’ve noticed how rude and stuck up the management and ownership is, especially towards the other employees, it’s really sad to see. seems like it’s going really down hill, quite disappointing. also the botox advertisement seems sketch

Best place in the neighborhood! Great customer service, clean and pleasant place to be inside, nice background music. The most important, they serve real coffee!

I love their logo and I love that they serve afagato. I had chocolate hazelnut and sweet cream with a double shot of espresso. It was delightful.
