The attitude of the girls working here is terrible for no reason. No welcome, no smiles. The audacity for the tip suggestion to start at 25% when there is no basic customer service is insane.

This is not the first time I have felt this way. My friends and I have been frequenting 203 for the last few months and this has been consistent. I even reached out via Instagram so it was not public and they first apologized and only a few minutes later they immediately walked it back saying- I talked to them and they said that didn't happen.
There is coffee just as good at the sweet shop right across the parking lot. Coffee is a morning ritual for so many people. However, 203 is not the vibe to start your day off right. Do not recommend .

I love the vibe at this cafe. The interior is beautiful and spacious. The baristas are easy to talk too. The coffee itself is great on most days. It depends on which barista is working. I’ve had no problem with the same few I’ve been seeing. There is one though who constantly pulls the espresso shot for too long or too short always resulting in a very bitter espresso.

Update:
Do not grab an iced matcha latte. The barista does not know how to mix matcha. You’ll end up with a clumpy drink (matcha powder floating around everywhere).

Popular coffeeshop with nice interior design and a cool espresso machine in the Village of Totem Lake

Busy coffee house!! Thankfully, my friend and I were still able to find a table for ourselves. The coffees were delectable.

Such a beautiful cafe too bad the service and coffee didn’t match. The coffee was burnt and the dark chocolate was just not to my taste. The cashier I had was super pretentious and the barista was just rude. Didn’t ask my name and when I went to get my drink they said chocolate oat milk and I asked if this was mine that had lavender in it and they repeated themselves loudly in my face. I won’t be back.

The atmosphere and service was great.
The food....
I got a spinach cheese croissant and a hot chocolate.
The spinach cheese croissant was amazing, the hot chocolate on the other hand...
It was the le croix of hot chocolates.

Good service, good atmosphere but overpriced coffee. I've been here for a few times and the cafe latte tastes like warm oat milk and the iced latte like burnt coffee.

Favorite Kirkland coffee shop! Fantastic staff!!

Love the vibe of this place! The seats are very modern and comfy. Their drinks are surprisingly genuine.
Macchiato $3.5: came with a glass of sparkling water. I heard the coffee shops serve water only if they are very confident of their coffee.
Coconut latte: $5.3: 5/5! It's so creamy and decently sweet. The iced one is perfect for a hot day!

A great combination of nice coffee and relaxing atmosphere by the fireplace
