The baristas are kind, knowledgeable, and customer experience obsessed. The design is aesthetically pleasing and clean, and the coffee is top notch (did I mention the bathrooms are really nice?! Bonus!). They have delicious *gluten-free pastries* (YUM!) available in addition to an assortment of normal pastries and sandwiches too! Shoutout to them for supporting other local small businesses. Best speciality coffeeshop on the Eastside!

This place is so miss managed it’s sad. Sunday am, 3 people in line, 20 minutes for a coffee. Poor girl on the til - was her first day and ZERO help from co-workers Lolly gagging and visiting with each other while the new girl was managing order talking, food orders AND helping them!! Mgmt need to seriously review peocesses … and employee bsing.

Still waiting on my coffee…

Can't say enough about this place! For the artisan unique coffee, just the drip itself is sooo good! Ordered the basic drip with almond milk and this time the chicken pepper sandwich. The sandwich was divine! Chicken was not dry and the pepperoni in it worked sublimely with the chicken and whatever cheese was in there.

The staff lately has been rude for the smallest things. Initially they were after us to sign up for rewards. Now they just dismiss when you ask them to use the rewards by saying manager is not here. They have done that 3 times now.
Also, they take your name for the order but never call out the name and the coffee sits there getting cold.

This is the place to be in Kirkland! Quaint little cafe in a busy part of town. The place was quiet when I walked in early in the morning, but got decently busy as the office rush started. It's a nice place to sit and spend a few hours. The ambiance is trendy yet clean (not too cluttered). The service was excellent. The restrooms were very clean, which is always a bonus. Although I didn't try any food there, it looked scrumptious! The lavendar latte was a good change (and not too sweet). Would definitely return here :)

Food and vibe is good but default tip is 18%, 25%, 30% and 33%, next to their sign of price increase announcement. A drink ended up costing me $10, prob won’t return anytime soon.

Both the Madagascar Vanilla latte and marionberry jam biscuit were *amazing*. Very cozy cafe, and friendly staff. Well worth a visit!

If you are around the totem lake area, try out this coffee place. My favorites are latte and jasmine tea. I love their serving presentation.

It’s a great little space for coffee. The baristas are nice and the space is modern and comfy. I will definitely visit again.

I just paid $7 for a watery cup of coffee. Atmosphere is stuck up boho and service was very slow. Weird menu too. Flavors weren't really listed so took a guess and barista taking my order didn't really help with suggestions but chose to stare at me blankly. Very strange shop and the baked goods looked over done so I avoided those too. Thank goodness.
