This morning was our first visit. We are looking for a new shop. I wanted to love this spot. The service was great and the menu looks yummy. However, our coffee was not what we were looking for. The flavors were correct but they were slightly watery and had no coffee flavor to them. My husband got a four shot mocha and it did not taste like coffee. Bummer.

This is the best coffee shop in all of tri-cities! The females are beautiful & amazing! I always tip when I go there, because of the quality of the service I receive as well as the selection of flavors & drinks! Oh, & their cream cheese bagels are crazy good. I never have had a negative time when I go there & I typically only spend 5-10 minutes so they are fast at what they do! 5/5 stars!

I love this place! The owners are so nice and very generous. The baristas are always friendly. The drinks are always delicious! We've never had a negative experience with LFC at either location. My family is so pleased to be patrons, especially during this time.

Awesome place to go and grab good coffee! I’ve been coming here for about 3 months and moved up here from California and by far the best coffee stand I’ve been to since I moved! The staff is always friendly and in great spirits! Julia the Manager is as awesome as they come!

Awesome daily specials. Amazing "regular" drinks. Baristas have a welcoming friendly attitude and are easy to chat with. Always care that they get your order perfect! Loving the new peach brown sugar energy!

I like some of their drink, especially the daily specials. They do feature many energy drinks, which I stay away from. Today they partnered with Between the Buns hot dogs. 1 free hotdog per transaction. Enjoyed my dog and pumpkin chai.

The Parking lot, going in and out is dangerous and very poorly designed. I've seen many people nearly get into accidents there and I almost get hit by people leaving whenever I pull in.
The drinks are often made with too much flavor/syrup and are jaw-clenching sweet. I only really like the cola/espresso drink and the bagels. But there are better placed to get bagels.
Lastly, the staff straight up ask you for a tip. Improper etiquette. Asking to receive a gratuity is wrong on so many levels.
I tore up my punch cards and im not coming back.

Usually I love Firehouse, the employees are decent and the coffee is good. However, this morning I arrived at around 11:40 and not one employee was wearing a mask. Last time I checked we are still in a pandemic and there’s a mask mandate in place. There was absolutely no excuse for it and probably deserves a call to the health department.
