It really pains me to rate so low because the atmosphere and the people are so awesome. The location is also great too but there are two big issues that keep me away from this place. First is the air conditioning, I don't know who sets the AC in there but this place is freezing. Won't be much of a problem once it gets cooler but they really need to do something about that, I love it cold and it's too much for me. The second is that their coffee seems like they jip you on a shot. I've never been at a place where the coffee tastes so deluded and milky. I have to ask them for an extra shot just to have any flavor. Honestly Issaquah coffee is going to be a better option unless they can fix those two things

Coffee was ok, nothing special. I waited at the counter to order, 1 barista was cleaning the machine and 2 other staff members were talking and no one said a word to me. One staff member finally came over. Did not address that I had been waiting, just asked what I wanted. Atmosphere is nice but needs some acoustical treatment as it's very loud. I would suggest better customer service training and a bit more friendly. Overall I would say 5 out of 10. I will give it another try but might wait a month or so to see if it gets better.

We were there twice. The food was bad the first time, but I really wanted to give this cute place a chance, so we went again yesterday. Flatbread pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. The flatbread/roasted garlic/cambazola came with an entire bulb of garlic, warmed, but hard as a rock. Who does that?? Then a piece of cold cambazola beside the bread.
So sad that this will never be a good option. Also mixed up our orders. I don’t recommend for food. Maybe just have a coffee.

This is the coffee shop I've been craving in Issaquah! Actually good coffee, plenty of food options (sweet and savory breakfast plus lunch plates!), plenty of comfy seating/work areas, outdoor patio, accessible parking, and cozy vibes all around. Love this place!

Amazing vibe, beautifully decorated, and great staff and service! Great place to go have a cup of coffee and work, or an end of day glass of wine or beer and food.
We went the day they opened...definitely coming back! We need more great spots in Issaquah and Sammamish. We had a flat bread and cheese plate with our glass of wine and beer. 55 nailed it, wishing them great success and will help get the word out with friends.

Nice addition to the downtown area of Issaquah! Typical coffee and pastry selections but for something different try their special cocktails, particularly the Maple Leaf (not sure of exact name)--excellent.

what a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. Unlike other coffee shops it’s very roomy with many different styles of seating and areas to sit. The barista’s were nice and said hi as I walked in the door. I haven’t tried the food yet but it looks amazing. I wanted to give this 4 1/2 stars. The reason for not giving five stars is the brand of coffee. I was really hoping that they would’ve been using a premium local roaster rather than Caffe D’arte. (who might claim they are premium, but are not). I am in the coffee industry, so I am probably picky than most. The coffee is decent it’s just not excellent. With Issaquah coffeehouse just down the street ill come here occasionally but not five up my daily stop, which based on the atmosphere I was hoping to do.

A new gem in the community. Location to Front St. is prime. Atmosphere: Spacious, ample room and tons of seating, well thought out. Great place for a coffee date or to linger on a grey PNW morning. Free WiFi. Went on opening day (been waiting for this!) and the crew working were all smiles and friendly. Looks like they will be open at 6am on weekdays, which makes it ideal for morning commute. Wondering if they will bump to 6:30, seems to be more in line with commuters here, but opening before 7 is a win. Feedback is on the coffee side (they also serve cocktails, hello!) and some settling in that will likely happen as they grow. All the basics on the coffee menu, but none of the fun latte mixes, yet. There were some nice cocktail creations on the menu- it was just too early for me to go that route. Love that they offer large iced coffee sizes! Some places stop at 16 or 20, but i’m a 24oz girl and they even go larger than that. The drink I went for (caramel macchiato) was super sweet. Finding the balance between sweet, but not overpowering the coffee will be key, especially navigating the various sizes of coffee and hot vs iced drinks. There are a lot of places in town that offer the way too sweet versions, hope this place grows more on the craft coffee side. Suggestions will be to come up with a few popular combos to nail down, maybe jump on the seasonal train. Honey + Cinnamon, Maple + Cinnamon, Chocolate + Caramel + Cinnamon, Chocolate + Coconut. Bonus points for sauces and cinnamon powder over syrups for all flavoring. Will never complain about a homemade pumpkin syrup in the fall.
All that to say that I wish them the best of luck and can’t wait to be a regular.

Would like to suggest you call out order names or numbers. The current practice of softly spoken call out of drink description creates a scrum.
Outdoor seating (for non alcohol) overlooking the fish hatchery gives us coffee with the sound of a waterfall, which is a treat.

Delicious baked goods, great sandwiches, coffee is the best in town and a good selection of beer. Cozy but spacious interior. What else could a girl ask for.
