Always a smile with service. Consistent coffee beverages every time. Friendly, polite, and respectful. Never too noisy, like a lot of other places. Good place to relax, read the paper or work on your laptop.

Went here for the first time a week ago. Have been there a bunch of times since then. It's been awesome every time. And they have gluten free food stuff!!

The coffee is great and the staff always friendly, our favorite is the Birch Bay Square store, we are regulars and everyone know our names. It definitely has a family feel to it.

I ordered a caramel apple cider with fresh cider, and boy, was it good. The barista recommended whipped cream-perfection!

A very cozy and quaint place. There's a fireplace burning during cold days, and a private room for groups of 2+ people. I did not try their coffee but the food definitely hit the spot.

I have to give the biggest brag post about one of the best services I have ever recieved in the resturant/retail business. Today around 4 I came in honestly to just use the facilities and was stopped by Uriah with his friendly personality not trying to sell anything but just beung friendly. Of course eventually i caved in and bought somethung because i felt it was just rude not to after his great service. Sold me i found my to go spot.

On my recent Wuhan or covid-19 ventures I came upon woods coffee in Ferndale Washington and it's such a pleasure to have a mocha in a American type environment that is pro USA rather than an anti American anti police environment (if there's no American flag there should be no flag) such as Starbucks so bravo woods coffee

This is a Bellingham area chain and gives any tourist the PNW feel with their coffee shops like a log cabin. The coffee is decent as is the food and they have free wifi with more than enough seating of all kinds.

I come here for business meetings all the time. It's super relaxing, and all of the employees are really kind. In the summertime it's super nice to find a place in the shade at one of their exterior seating sections.

The barrista did a great job on my favorite mix of caramel, white chocolate and hazelnut.
