Bought a iced salted caramel coffee with cream that looked like watered down coffee. When I asked if there was cream in it, I was assured there was. When I asked for a little more, instead of just fixing it, she went into a dissertation about how she’d have to put it into another cup, blah blah.... Basically, making me feel like I was making a ton of work for them, so I said “forget it”. When I spend $5 on a drink that costs $.50 to make, don’t make me feel guilty for wanting it done right.

Fantastic sitting area upstairs. Great coffee and hot chocolate. A true classy coffee shop with employees who had the courage to wish me a Merry Christmas. I'll be back here for sure. Blessings to Wood's Coffee.

It's a nice building, friendly staff, plus someone before me bought a 50 dollar gift card as a pay if forward card so my coffee was free. I grabbed my coffee, sat next to one of the 2 fireplaces, and was able to study all day without being disturbed. Overall a nice experience

I was at the woods coffee in ferndale today around 3:00 and the two girls working there were so kind. I hope they get the appreciation they deserve. Thank you to the both of them for making my day even better. Next time i go back and they are there I'm going to make sure i let them know how much they are appreciated.

Well this was my first time here. I sat and drank one coffee, very good! Still wanted to sit so went to get tea, ordered giant redwood hot blueberry white tea. I figured since I wasn't explained that I need to order more tea bags that is needed for the oz.water, thinking they would know. I didn't realize that I should have to ask(after explained that I should have), being I don't need to let them know how much coffee / espresso to put in each size cup. I gave a couple cents short is a 50% tip. Customer service was short on effort to customers satisfaction. Nothing that would stop me from coming back.

Why I love Woods Coffe:
• The coffee... I can't live a coffee shop of they don't get this right. Not just the espresso, but their drop is great. They roast their own, and I always pick up a bag to take back to Seattle (shh.. don't tell my neighbors)
• The theme... I love trees. I love the forest. I moved here in the PNW to be closer to pine forests. This place captures in theme what on the surface is beautiful about the Northwest... not everything... but definitely the woods.
• The art / interior... River rock fireplaces, live edge shelves & hearths, carvings, beautiful metal work. It fells like a lodge.

The better of the whole bean coffees around with roast and package dates on the beans. Usually within a few days. They grind too.
