I am in town on business and found this cute little place. It is a bookshop/cafe with a great curated selection of classics, new books , aswell as children's books. The coffee is pretty good and the menu looks pretty there are some vegan options . It also had a nice environment to open up a laptop, get some work done or read.

The smell of coffee opens your taste buds. The panini sandwiches are superbly delicious. The sides are a bit dull (potato salad, chips, etc) but the main dishes more than make up for it.

I am a local who goes to the Bookery often. The people are nice and helpful. The coffee is consistent and a wonderful alternative to the normal Starbucks( which in our town isn't good at all). They also have super cute gifts and toys that my kids love to play with and even have a little table for them to sit at. My only complaint is that they seem to put too much ice in my drink often and I have to ask them to take some out and add more milk. But that could just be a preference thing on my part and they are always nice about me asking to fix it.

It was so good after breakfast I went back for lunch. Cool coffee shop and bookstore combo makes for a great atmosphere. Coffee was excellent and the food, although nothing special, was very good. Hope to make it back to try some baked goods.

I come here every weekend- they have very reasonable prices. They support local work, they have books at reasonable prices and have discounts on older books. It is also family friendly, they have a kids section, so no kid will get bored.
They also have a wide span of choices, they have energy drinks, italian sodas, Big Train Chai (which are my favorite, I get it every time), your regular espresso coffees. The staff are very friendly, they have very good panini's and salads. I believe they use local produce so it's a bit pricey, but if you're about supporting local stores- this place is the place to go.
During the winter, they keep it warm. during the summer, they keep it cool and the play really good music. There are also chairs outside if you would rather sit outside. Overall, very good dining atmosphere and good coffees and a good place for a date or just grabbing a coffee with a friend.
I highly recommend this place- they're awesome.

They make the best drinks as well as food! There is no better place to eat, drink, & get lost in a good book. If you don't have time to hang around, call ahead, let them know what time you will be there to pick up your order, and it will be ready & waiting.

Nice little cafe and bookstore. Great lattes, coffee, sandwiches & wraps. Thoughtful book selection. A few gifts & decor. Been here a few times and is always good. Stop in and show some love for a small local business.

Best coffee shop in town! They use D&M coffee beans to get a fantastic dark roast in their coffee. They also have fantastic sandwiches and wraps, named after famous writers. Relaxing atmosphere, right on the corner of the street.

I come here often and the baristas and owner are all kind and personable. The place has a great atmosphere and delicious food, treats and snacks (JalapeƱo Cheddar bagels ftw); a shop steeped in long-lasting small-town tradition. Occasionally the flavor and texture of the espresso is inconsistent, but overall I would most definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
