Dutch Bros Coffee

3 times in a row now they have messed up our order. I understand there are always hiccups with a new crew, 2 oh those mess ups kinda put a wrench in my day. When a person asks for almond milk sometimes it's because they can't have milk. And the other the drinks were just wrong. Normally I love Dutch Bros but the 3rd time says it all.

We received a text about a special event for "get 9 stamps for every large coffee purchase". We bought 4 drinks: jelly donut, golden eagle, s'mores, and flap jack. If you read their descriptions, they are very different drinks, but what we were given was the same watered down, bitter, muddy excuse for coffee. When we asked them to fix the drinks, they just kept adding more and more sugar into them, but none of the actual flavors advertised in our selected drinks. I understand they were busier than usual due to the event, but if you can't handle an event, you shouldn't host. They initially gave us 4 stamp cards for the 4 drinks, but when we finally got frustrated with their 4th pour of sugar (their idea of a fix) and asked for our money back, they took the stamp cards back. No big deal, but they debited our card within seconds and now, we have to wait at least 3 days to get our money back, IF they even give it back to us. Very disappointed that they seemed more focused with getting us out of the way rather than taking care of what were once loyal customers.

Your company has gotten so commercialized that you can't even make an order right. I understand speed of service is important but when I have to constantly send my order back to be remade and it's still incorrect it's a little ridiculous.. Either train those who take orders to listen correctly or teach those who make the orders how to actually do thier jobs properly. Utterly ridiculous, I'm done giving ur establishment chances I'm just going someplace else

Love the fresh coffee and the employee"s are fast and friendly. Also like the reward cards for each visit to earn any size free drink when card is full. Tuesday is triple stamp day if they havent changed it.

The staff is always friendly, cool, and interested how you plan to spend your day. Best coffee in town with even better customer service. Plus, a free coffee on your birthday!

If you know DB's, it has to be the most up beat and friendly staff of all coffee shops. Love the service we receive when we frequent here! Great service, super friendly staff.

Always 10/10. Customer service is always on point, coffee will always be excellent here.

What's not to love. Lots of variety here. And they are always change in the menu to go with the season's. I'm winter there are winter flavors, in summer there are things like bubble gum frost or shimmering strawberry lemonade (my faves)

Great coffee! Even when they are busy, they try to keep things going as smoothly as possible. They go along the line and take orders so they have it ready, or almost, when you get to the window.
