Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff are amazing. They seem to love their job. Coffee is very good, but flavored drinks are on the sweet side. Check out their web site to view calories, you might be shocked.

I've loved Dutch Bros since I found them and tried them the first time. A great company you can tell really cares about it's customers, I've left reviews on others before but I was moved to leave this one today because my car died as I was coming in the drive thru and without hesitation I was given the help I needed with my car and they wouldn't let me pay for my drink. Small actions like those help to make bad better. Keep doing you Dutch Bros. If anyone is looking for a place for anything drink related (that Dutch Bros has) go here first. You'll always be treated right.

The people are super great, friendly, & helpful. The coffee doesn't fit my palate.

The barista who took my order was sweet and patient as I didn't know the difference between some of the drinks. We ended up with 2 delicious mochas!

Awesome place, one of my three go-to coffee places in East Wenatchee. Great people, fast service and a general aura of "fun" accompany every visit, and the outdoor seating is great for summer motorcycle stops.

I stop here three to five times a week, typically, and the employees know my name and my drink, typically it's already started or ready by the time I get to the window. Terrific place, if you haven't been there, you should! Also, the prices listed on their menus INCLUDE taxes, and are rounded to quarters. Makes it really easy to deal with cash and exact change, a very nice touch.

We were just about to get coffee here tonight, but unfortunately when we rolled up we noticed none of the employees were wearing masks. Then they saw us and frantically went to pull up their masks but we were already on our way out because of their lack of care for themselves and their customers. This is probably why the Dutch bro’s on the other side of the river had to shut down because one of their employees had covid. Definitely won’t be coming here the remainder of the pandemic and I’ll be sure to let people know they don’t care about health safety here. Very disappointing to see during a global pandemic, especially when crammed together in that small area.

Usually great service, but a black hair was blended into my girlfriend's drink today. She kept getting hair in her mouth and when she looked, she found black strands of hair settled at the bottom.

These children have no idea what they're doing. They take your order with no menu.. apparently you tell them what you want and they tell you whether they have that or not. They are no longer accepting cash either. I left with no receipt and no clue what I paid. Six kids are currently at this single small stand making a coffee occasionally and chatting it up the rest of the time. If this business claims bankruptcy it's because the ran it into the ground intentionally.
