Our drinks were delicious. We were just driving through and this place was packed. Obviously a wait but service was friendly and as fast as it could be.

This place is Awesome! They still do the peanut butter frost coffees that were super popular before they took over!!! These gals are super quick and friendly! If they see you more than once they pretty much remember your drink, which is awesome!

We moved from the west side of the mountains and 165 makes the best coffee in Whitman County. Tried many places in Pullman and surrounding areas but nothing measures up quite as well. Priced very well with some very fun daily specials. They also have great customer service. We were double charged once and the owner got ahold of us ASAP and offered a refund. They're the only place around we trust for our caffeine needs.

Very expensive compared to other coffee stands around the region/area😬😥

I wish you could give zero stars. Yesterday, March 12th, I stopped after a very long day on the road for a coffee before continuing my trip. Ordered two coffees and offered to pay cash with a large bill. I understood that they could not take it so offered my debit card. I then pulling my last $1 bill and offered it to the barista. It was a $10 charge, so 10%. The barista simultaneously handed me my card receipt for signature. The overweight, short dark haired barista turned to her coworker and announced “Oh look we got a dollar. You get to take home an extra 50 cents.” I immediately put a zero with a dramatic slash through what was going to be an additional tip. To be ridiculed for a gratuity is the height of entitled behavior. It also cost her and her coworker an additional taxable tip. It also cost this business my future patronage. I wonder if the barista every tipped the McDonalds employee at the drive through line. She should remember that she is a bottom feeder working fast food as well, just sells mediocre coffee.

Always smiling young ladies and great coffee! And always a good way to start off my morning and drive.

I'm sorry I have tried this place countless times and the coffee is just not very good. I always have almond milk and the one they use is very low quality and makes the drinks taste bitter. The best Almond Milk is Pacific Barista blend. Dutch Bros and many others use that and I have bought it a number of times. They do have good service and this is a local business so I hate to leave a 2 star but I don't think I'll be coming back here. Very disappointed Purpose roasters closed there drive through.

Totally an amazing experience. Super friendly barista's with fast friendly service. They smiled, laughed and made an excellent customer experience. There carmel macchiato where made perfectly and they even used our own cups.
Super job

Absolutely love this place, the baristas are so nice! Brandie (I hope I spelled her name right) is such a sweetheart, I love her colorful hair and she always makes the best drinks whether it’s coffee, tea, hot chocolate or a lotus!

Their coffee never has much flavor and when i requested extra chai and it still just tasted like milk. I have gone there a few times and i think i have wasted enough money now to not go back. But the cistomer service is decent.
