Teach your employees how to not burn coffee. Had about 10 cups that have tasted like ash.

I just spent 20Min waiting for my plain bagel with plain cream cheese. They barely put any cream cheese on and the bagel isn't toasted. It was not busy when I went and ordered but then they got a bunch of tapingo orders and those took priority. About 25 people who ordered from tapingo came and went before I even got my order. I am pissed that my order got pushed aside for people who ordered on tapingo. That app allows you in the line not to cut and push your order to 1st in line.

We love Einstein's. Today was our first time at this location, and they did not disappoint. Campus locations can sometimes be hit and miss...this one is a hit! Bagel dog was great, salad was crisp, staff was friendly and fast.

As pretty much everyone has noted, getting your order here will take a while, but that genuinely isn't anyone's fault who works here. Everyone loves Einstein's and goes at the same time, which means of course it's going to take a bit. If you go at times that aren't as popular (like when people are usually in class), you'll be in and out really quick. Or if you use Tapingo, in my experience your order will be done almost exactly at the estimated time, give or take a minute. I really love the iced chai tea and the hot chocolate here (seriously, if you're on campus don't buy hot cocoa anywhere else because it's incomparable. try it with half and half instead of milk. trust me). I also really appreciate that most of the time, when you pick your Tapingo order up, whoever gives it to you actually greets you by name instead of order number and is friendly even with the rush.

Glad they put an EinBros here at EWU. The coffee here is great, so are the bagels, and accept ale-carte form our student-cards. It's almost packed with students and teachers every day, which is well deserved. I've never run into any problems with the staff, they do a great job. I like to come here and do school work as often as I can with a cup of espresso in my hand, or pick up a drink on the way to class.
One thing it could use though are some smaller cup sizes aside from the medium and large. Though that's probably a corporate decision. Also, maybe some chair cushions.

For a bagel shop, this place fails marvelous. Not only is the staff slow as molasses, they can't make bagels to save their life. If I want food. I need to order it off of tapingo 15 to 20 minutes before I want it, and even then it doesn't always make it to me on time. I order things with no egg, I get egg. Now Im just complaining because I know this place gets busy, but that is no excuse, whoever is managing this place needs to light a fire under their employees to get them to work faster and more effectively. That would help with the fact that all kids working here look like they want to kill themselves. This place is a pathetic use of my tuition dollars and I am sad that this is main place to get quick food. I say if you have the time go to tawakana, otherwise get yourself a cold bagel and a coffee from the university coffee shop inside the market for half the price. I hope someone from EWU sees this one day and makes a change.

Good place to get a quick bite, especially with tap n' go. Run by college kids so a bit slow some days. Also pay with cash card reader runs off school Wi-Fi will take forever.

What bagel place isn’t open on the weekends?! So strange. Oh well, I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I love their bagels, I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese bagel.

The vegetarian bagel sandwich is old, partially frozen “veggies.” The amount of hummus was less than a tablespoon. What source of protein is there if not from the hummus? The bagel was stale, and more similar to wonderbread than any bagel I have eaten. This was not good food by any stretch of the imagination, and I was starving before I ate it. I’m still hungry, but I would rather go hungry than endure that quality of commercial food-style nutrients.
