Dutch Bros Coffee

The customer service here is outstanding. One barista stood in the rain to answer our questions, since it was our first time there. She was friendly the entire time and went out of her way to help us. When we got to the window the baristas inside the building were equally as friendly. Our coffee was delicious and we were super impressed.

Everytime I visit Dutch Bros. I remember why it is like no other coffee stand. Not only is the coffee incredible, but so is the service. All the employees treat you like family, and are always in a good mood. I couldn't ask for a better business to have nearby. Love you guys! <3

It's difficult for me to find places I like. My wife and I like this place a lot. Our drinks are always perfect no matter what little changes we make and the girls here are always friendly and quick. They kinda make you feel like you go there every day, even if you don't.

Only thing I would change if I could is the size of their large coffee. In my opinion it's smaller than a lot of other places for around the same price.

I would go to this Dutch bro's rather than the one in Chehalis, we went there one time, ordered mochas and they just tasted.... Wrong.

Dutch bros are always on point! I only stop by their coffee shop if I'm out of town! And I love the fact that it doesn't matter if you're in Wenatchee or Centralia, their service is great! Coffee is good! First time tried their special coffee (I think it was called eagle wings, not sure) bit it was awesome! Thank you guys for doing great service all over Washington state!

I am changing from 2☆ to 5☆. They have nailed the caramel I ask for every time now.Awesome!! I like the inch of caramel at the bottom of the cup and they do it here, plus the caramel is 10x better than other shops

Well if you order a blended drink you are stuck drinking the mocha soft serve that is already made in the machine. It was nasty I will never go back. Avenue espresso is much better and with a better crew.

I am addicted to the Cocomo. The crew at the local DB are awesome (especially the two young ladies who are on as I write this.) I don't know their names but they are two of my favorites. The other workers are nearly neck and neck with them. I have said before that in my own opinion this has got to be the best store in the chain. At least it's the best one I have been to of the half dozen I have had the pleasure of going to for sure, and the other ones were no slouches either, this store is just exceptional.

They were quick and our order was correct! Our drinks were delicious as always, and served with a friendly smile. We always leave this place in a better mood than when we arrived.

Your music is too loud and the gal taking my order couldn’t hear me. Hence she got the size wrong and didn’t understand there was to be a flavor in my drink. All the while she was asking me “what, what?” I was literally forced to yell to get my drink correct and be heard. As usual the coffe rocks! Hence the 3 stars.

My favorite watering hole to catch a drink. Ladies are ALWAYS friendly and wearing clothes. They have tables you can sit at and enjoy the weather, your friends or read. It's right next to the park too.
