Dutch Bros Coffee

In all fairness, the rating was dropped because of the drink. Tried something new, the Sweater Weather Chai (blended). Something was off for me, it may have been the nutmeg. The person at the window was very helpful and friendly as usual

Love Dutch bros.. love the coffee.. they did forget the soft top on my husband's, but, nothing to get upset over..

As we were leaving St Mary’s church after a funeral, we stopped here to grab something hot on this cold sad day. The barista took our order and asked us what we were up to today and we sadly let him know. He gave us our drinks complimentary because he had such a big heart offering his condolences. Definitely the service along with the delicious coffee keeps us coming back for more.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! If I could do minus stars I would!! Curdled disgusting drinks, asked for no whip (clarified: because of an allergy) which they put on anyway then SCRAPED it off instead of remaking the drink, asked for no ice in the tea so they gave us HALF A CUP and said that's what u get cause u pay for ice...... They REFUSED to issue a refund and they were beyond rude and condescending!! Seriously the worst experience in product and customer service EVER!!!!!!! A call to corporate was IMMEDIATE.

Super nice and friendly. I've loved every single drink I've ever gotten from them. Wish the app worked more and could earn more perks or discounts but overall the place I'd stop for coffee or even just a treat. Bonus side you get a free drink on your bday, even kiddos.

Customer service is always good! I only order rebels, every time I get a blended one, it comes to me like a snow cone. They blend the ice and put the rebel on top. Just stick with the iced rebel😅

Love me some Dutch Bros! 9/10 the baristas are very friendly, and will normally not mess up an order, and will apologize & fix it if there is a mistake. Only problem is I almost always forget to scan my phone for points, and they frequently forget to ask for it (I guess it's due to how busy they typically are, and how frequently they're training new people)

I'm always happy with any drink I get. Always made well. And friendly batistas.

Oh my gosh. I really dont have anything bad to say. They are up beat and always have a smile. They are always excited to see me and even call me by name.

Great coffee. Great staff. Always a pleasure to go here.
