Harris Avenue Cafe

Arrived at 1pm. Lots of seats available. Ordered the omelette special. Food came out fast. Idk if prosciutto is viewed differently in the USA vs. Canada. I was expecting thin slices but came in large chunks. Smaller portions than we were expecting.. for $14.50. Though the food was delish, the servers were on point so I'll be back.

Love this place. Good food reasonably priced. A little busy closer to the afternoon so showing up at 8 is a good way to avoid the rush. Friendly staff.

I will ALWAYS recommend this spot for anyone stopping through Bellingham! Do yourself a favor and try the Eggs Toulouse if you get a chance; someone gave me this tip years ago, and I've never eaten anything else there since. Also, the coffee is delish! It's generally pretty busy though, so prepare yourself to wait a bit for a table.

Excellent brunch options (no egg benedict though for you eggs benny fans). Delicious and friendly service. Busy on a Friday lunch rush but still easy to hold a quiet conversation.

The food is great, as well as the service. The portions are a bit small and the sides seem overpriced to me. I would love it more if they had more affordable options to add eggs and bacon to the pancakes or waffles.

I was really hopeful when I came here for lunch. Yet again (like most places in this town), I was very disappointed in this Bellingham breakfast/lunch spot. The food had no taste, which means they don't use much seasoning/spices. I also wasn't entirely sure if my food was microwaved. It's possible it wasn't but the fact that I couldn't really tell says a lot of the quality of the food. I would say it is edible food to kill hunger but if you are going out to enjoy a tasty meal, than you will be let down here. The service too was super super SLOW which means if you are on a schedule because you work, you will never make it back on time.

Best breakfast I've ever had! Polenta and black beans. Yum yum. Fabulous service. Delicious coffee.

Took me a while to determine the internet was unavailable, checked if password was correct, yes. Mentioned lack of internet to staff which was met with a shrug. Their food ordering system down at the time as well.

I've eaten the malted buttermilk waffle, french toast, Matterhorn and Sitka omelettes, and Eggs Toulouse. Tony's drip coffee is nice. It's good and most things are reliable in quality.
