Great staff and super coffees!!

Love this place. All the girls are awesome and the coffee is outstanding. I'm going to miss stopping in the morning before work. They always made my day.

The morning ladies are the best! They know mine and my husband's "usual" and make it just perfect each time. I'll be sad when we move overseas this summer but hopefully we'll be back in the area so I can get my perfect coffee

All the gals are awesome, Ashley, Ashley and Lexi always know my name and what I drink and are always wonderful. Nice start to my day every day I go there! When they are short handed, things can get a bit crazy but they plow thru and make it happen! They are an amazing group of ladies and I will be sad when our business moves and I won't get my Jacobs Java coffee and get to see "my girls"! Highly recommend!

Since I posted this about a year ago, Our business has since moved to a new location on the North side so I never get to see these gals and have yet to find any coffee place on the north side that compares to the coffee, and the amazingness of the ladies at Jacobs Java in Airway Heights.

Just went to this coffee stand and the lady at the window was VERY rude. She opened the window and said “ what do you want” I told her and she made it no issue but then once I was going to pay she asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I kindly said no and she made an ugly face and rolled her eyes at me. This kind of attitude is ridiculous and I will not be going back. I think they need a lesson on barista Etiquette from the girls at Dutch !

I have been going to Jacobs on the south hill for ten years now, and have never had a poor experience. However the service at this location was pretty poor. I ordered two steamed bagels which she handed to me after I paid, were both in a plastic bag, when I asked if they were no longer steaming them she said, "oh yeah our steamer has been broken since July sorry bout that", I came here for the steamed bagel, I should have been informed that my bagel wasn't going to be steamed when I ordered so I could have changed my order not after I'm handed my food.

Though her service was poor, her drinks were very good so I begrudgingly will give her props for that.

If you want one of the friendliest best coffee drink's in town then come here. They will go out of there way to make sure your experience there is 100%, satisfaction with your purchase.

At 5:30am I very much look forward to stopping at Jacobs Java and grabbing my coffee and talking with the Baristas. Wonderful customer service throughout the week. The Baristas give me a little more energy by being so awake and full of energy.

This place in my opinion is the best coffee place in town all the folks that work here always have a chippery smile and are fun to talk to while waiting to get your coffee
