Jacob's Java

My husband and I grabbed a coffee here while we were in town. We’re from southern Idaho and in Washington for a work conference. I had a caramel latte and a breakfast burrito and both were super yummy. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Washington. Thank you for keep me caffeinated and happy, Jacob’s Java!

I deadly love your Expresso's, hate that you won't list all your available coffee's and flavors. I'd love to be able to order my drink online and just drive up and pick it up.

Macy was super helpful even when she was slammed! I think she was the only trooper on Easter. Always love jacob’s customer service. My picky coworkers loved their drinks

Came here once when passing through town. There were not menus or prices listed. We ordered a medium iced mocha and medium iced coffee. We were surprised it came out to over $8. The mocha was mediocre but the iced coffee was very bitter, almost burnt tasting. Definitely not very satisfied overall but I'll note that the staff was very nice and friendly.

Came for the first time and its a cute little drive thru coffee shop. The girls there helped me decide on a drink based on what I drink at the big corporation coffee places. I got an Iced Americano w vanilla and it tasted great. I will be back for sure!

Have used this chain since it first opened it's location on South Hill. Great folks making good coffee products. This location has easy access and is my go to place for coffee /lattes when I head west on Route 2.

Coffee was less than stellar and i wasn't too impressed mostly i think because my drink wasn't made how i ordered it and i didn't have time to turn around and try to fix it so i basically wasted 5 bucks and had to stop again later to buy another drink from my regular coffee shop on the way home because my drink was so bitter it was just not drinkable. The reason i didn't give one star and gave 2 was because of 2 reasons: the stand is fast to get orders out and the girl at the window was really nice so it wasn't all bad and i try to be as honest as i can with these reviews so i felt like they should get some credit for good customer service.

I absolutely love this coffee stand! These ladies are the best. As a regular customer it's nice that they remember your order and usually have it ready as soon as they see you in line! The quality of their products is fabulous! A+++ ladies!

Imagine waiting behind 2 cars so long that one leaves & the car at the window is still sitting there for what seems like forever.. Then miraculously the other side appears to be open, so I go around. There was someone on foot there getting coffee so I waited yet again for a while. After all this waiting I get to the window and she tells me basically that they don't have coffee, no expresso, no shots 😭, that the machine is being serviced. Stuff happens, things break, and that's totally okay, but letting people wait in line for that long when they don't even have any expresso, they should have came out of their little box and let people know what's up.. she said it would be a couple minutes so I asked her how long it was really going to be because I needed to be at school to get my kids in 10 minutes, so now after waiting the whole time I had to leave empty handed..

I love this place! The service is amazing. The ladies are super fast, and always happy to see you! Coffee is always spot on and the energy drinks are supreme. The only problem is their location. It’s too close to my house and it’s on my way to my child’s school. Good for my soul, bad for my wallet. 😆
