I had a weekend road trip planned in an area I haven't visited in several years and don't really know my way around. I went online and picked a random coffee shop. I figured it was worth rolling the dice.

Parking is street side, but it was a soggy Sunday morning and I had no trouble getting a spot.

The shop was super clean and had a really relaxed environment. The menu was pretty standard coffee shop fare--coffee drinks, tea, and baked goods.

Service was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The drink was exactly as ordered and super tasty.

If you find yourself in Aberdeen, give this place a try and you will be glad you did.

Very good atmosphere. Great coffee. Good spritzers as well. Definitely a must stop place for tea, coffee or spritzers.

A must stop by coffee shop! Beautiful design, a guitar for everyone to play on, great pour over, love everything about this place. Oh, and friendly barista)

I love this place so much! Back when it was in Westport I would be there pretty much every day. After it moved to Aberdeen I would go whenever I was in town. Now that I am off in college I go to the Tinderbox whenever I come back home.

Amazing people and amazing coffee!

Great coffee. We were driving by Aberdeen and looking for a local coffee shop to try. This was a great choice. They have parking too!

I highly recommend this place! The Firestarter pour-over was robust and delicious. My kids enjoyed the gunpowder green tea & London Fog. Also, I left my hydro there, didn't realize until the next day when we were far from Aberdeen. The manager took it home and was quick to ship it to me...thanks for going above and beyond!

Dare I say this is the best blended coffee I have EVER had! I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops in my life and I’m pretty picky. My husband is also picky and he tasted his and said “I’d move here just to get this coffee”. We went 7/9/21 around 4:15 so that girl working deserves a bonus! We would have never gotten drinks had we went earlier I guess because the barista had a nut allergy and we were ordering peanut butter blended coffees.

Tinderbox is under new ownership.. The inside has an updated look and vibe. Patrons can even buy pieces of the art that is decorated throughout..

Expect to smell the yummy fragrance of ground or fresh coffee upon arrival. The inside is inviting; a slow-paced relaxed vibe. Even has a guitar hanging on the wall that invited visitors to pick up and play on one of the comfy couches.

If you're looking to be quick and impatient, this is not the place to visit. Customer service is handled with care and the employee offers patience and time to all patrons. You can choose from various mixes of bags of beans, and even have them ground up. Most importantly did Tinderbox make a delicious coffee for me? The answer is YES. Yum!

Easily my favorite coffee place! The staff are super nice and each day they think of a new specialty drink! Super great stuff :)
