Deja Brew Cafe

Great coffee and excellent service! Love this place!

Sub par barista. I requested dense foam latte and received a boiling hot drink with absolutely no foam and filled to over capacity so that it spilled just by/ inserting it into the car cup holder. Sad.

Americano I ordered was good, can tell quality beans were used for espresso. Unfortunately, after requesting the wifi password & network and having no luck connecting for over 30 mins of attempts I started to wish I had just gone to Panera. I asked the barista to shut the wifi on and off again so that I might get a better connection. He responded by telling me "*his* connection was fine and that maybe I should move closer to the router." I made one last attempt near the router (still no luck) and then left as to not waste more time there.The barista did not follow up with me about connection or follow through with my request. I was hoping to be a regular at Cafe Bru over the next month or so as I try to get some work done in the early mornings, but unfortunately it doesn't look like they can provide the kind of cafe work set up I need.

This is the epitome of mom and pop success. Simple food menu is perfect, extensive coffee/tea selection is amazing. I'll come here over Starbucks any day.

Rasberry truffle latte was yummy. The food was ok.

Barista is untrained and do not even know about timing shots. When I mentioned that the shots were bad, I was told to go to Starbucks. I hate to see a private coffee shop get it so wrong.

Having owned several espresso bars since the late 90s, I understand the difficulty it is for for shops to maintain consistency. It's great to see the onset of 3rd and 4th wave espresso bars that are setting a new standard for coffee quality. Sprudge is of course a great guide. I certainly hope Deja Brew eventually gets it right.

I stopped in Deja Brew for the first time and I will definitely be returning. The atmosphere, drinks, and food are all so good! I tried the apple pie latte, coffee cake, and the Egghead on Patrol. My wife got the cinnamon roll and a blueberry scone and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that all the pastries are made in house, the bakers are amazing. Throughout the whole cafe, all the little details really make this place a unique spot. Even the menu board on the wall looks outstanding! This place knows what they are doing for sure.

Didn't get to try this place. At 8:30 am they were out of the one breakfast item I ordered. ??? You make the call on trying it or not.
