The Inn At Warm Springs

This place is absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice and are not indicative of the atmosphere. It is tastefully remodeled with nice finishes and decorating. 5 star restaurant on site! Both of our meals were superb and the service was excellent. The room was SPOTLESS. Super clean. The staff was very welcoming and it also felt very safe. Will come back for sure.

Amazing experience. Food was great, location was great, staff is nice, and the place is amazing. We started off with happy hour at the fire pit and then had an amazing dinner. We also stayed over night. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the floors are a little noisy :) we could hear our neighbors walking around..

Room was a disaster..no handicap available for getting from room to other parts of the inn. I complain about the damp sheets and towels was told no housekeeping in the evening dinner was great with service. No desk or chair to set with laptops. Bugs in room spiders in the shower..furniture was chipped furniture with holes half painted ..draw do not open. Basically the room is not ready for occupancy.one trash can in kitchen area none in bath..very unsatisfied

Stayed an entire week in pet friendly room with cats summer 2021. Rooms need some work. But once we realized this is a historic place that can’t easily be retrofitted we were more forgiving. Still rooms lack modern comforts standard in most inns. Extra soft Mattress required some getting used to. But what they lack in room comforts (and I’m only specifically talking about the pet friendly room) they make up with other amazing amenities, like their incredible breakfast and restaurant. This places is a legit dining destination. We ate there all week, breakfast and dinner. Great location for exploring the area. Welcoming host. Quiet ambiance. At night time, guests can enjoy their fire pit area, marshmallows on site, and the star gazing was incredible. The Inn is still undergoing some minor improvements and we can’t wait to see it once it is fully redone on our next visit. Given everything and our experience overall, we are giving it an enthusiastic five stars and recommend to anyone interested in exploring this area.

A very cozy hotel in Warm Springs, VA. The rooms are very clean and nicely and stylishly furnished. The free breakfast was very sparse ..... assumed to add some purchasable components. Unfortunately we had booked for 2 nights, but had the worse weather for this time of the year. For this reason (and only for this reason) we asked to cancel the second night, which was not possible from the management side. The room was already paid for. The management mentioned that it was not possible to reimburse the room rate, not even in part. Bad politics! We left anyway and never got a refund even though they had no costs for cleaning, heating and our breakfast for the last night.

We stayed two days and nights and had a WONDERFUL time. Food at the Tavern is divine... we could NOT get over this hidden gem in the mountains. Our rooms are small and quaint with a VERY spacious up-to-date bathroom. Can't say enough about Becky, our waitress, and how awesome the food was! We HIGHLY recommend The Inn and will definitely go back! Breakfast delivered to our room on day of check out was just the perfect bonus and a great send off.

The atmosphere was lovely- casual, but slightly upscale. We had delicious salads. I enjoyed the Sopsky salad with grilled shrimp. My husband loved the spinach strawberry salad with grilled salmon
The coffee was very good, and we had a lovely view of the mountains. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the locality. Would love to return!

We have stopped at the Inn for breakfast and lunch on numerous occasions. Food and service is ALWAYS perfect. The whole vibe of the place is relaxing and will put you in a great state of mind. Highly recommend a visit. ;-)

Dog friendly. Much better IRL than online pics said. We got a cabin with two separate rooms for ourselves which was amazing. Nice bar, nice restaurant but arrive early for weekend breakfast. Almost everything was out when we came around 8.30

Very far from a 2 star hotel like they list it as. A very quaint and attractive stay that made you feel right at home. Very close to nearby attractions and a cozy tucked away place right in the mountains. Between the hospitality and amenities I would put this grand deal right up there with many other high quality resorts!
