This place is awesome. Definitely the place to stay if you’re coming to BACOVA. Great staff, great location, pretty good rooms. Room 22 needs some work, the hot water in the shower barely runs and the shower and front door are very odd but that doesn’t take away from how great this place is.
My wife and family come here once or twice each year and love it every time.

We had amazing birthday celebration for a family member. The service, food and accommodations were on point. Now that the Warm Springs Baths are reopened it will be the place to be.

The Inn is awesome! The room was nice, well appointed, and very clean. Cool historical buildings, well restored. The staff was awesome! Great breakfast options. The porch is a perfect place to spend some time relaxing. The Tavern is the best meal in the valley. I will be going back!

I do not recommend this location especially if you’re traveling with your family. Three of us stayed at this Inn Friday and Saturday on a recent trip to VA. Friday night was exceptional and we had a great experience, great food, and the staff was excellent. Saturday we returned after the weather caused our plans to change. We once again had great dinner and experience with the staff however, that evening a group of locals arrived late to the bar and we witnessed excessive over-serving to the point of individuals laying on the bar floor. In the early morning we were all awakened to severely drunk people opening and trying to kick in our doors (block of 3 rooms). My friend was awoken with the door opened and the only thing preventing them from entry was the chain lock. The police were called and the had to literally carry the individuals to their rooms. There was broken glass and bottles everywhere. When I spoke to the owner, he took no accountability to the situation. The owner took the position that the guests were over-served elsewhere and that he didn’t want to make the situation worse but turning them away at his bar. The situation we experienced at this Inn needs to be understood as it could have happened to anyone. We had just discussed bringing our wives and kids to this place as it was really nice but we will not be visiting this location again. Be very cautious staying at this Inn!

Quaint stay in a charming small town. We found it a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We were able to see a number of the rooms and they are all unique and special in their own way. We had a room right on the front porch facing the outside dining area so it wasn’t possible to open the drapes without feeling exposed. Maybe a privacy film would help so you could let in light without being on display. Also, the bathroom mirror was a bit too high for us (we are of average height) and a bathroom vanity would be cool to set toiletries on. Otherwise perfect. A lot to do in the surrounding area especially if you enjoy the outdoors.

My cousins and I had brunch with some good friends a couple of Sundays ago and the food and service was good.
Granted, the owners are friends with our guests and allowed us to sit and visit for several hours.
We wouldn't have taken advantage of their hospitality had it been a busy day for them so we were tickled pink to have the opportunity to stay a while.

A little heaven on earth for my 3 day stay. Finally a more progressive, more intimate, more personable, boutique lodging and hospitality in the Warm Spring / Hot Springs area. 5 Star on Hospitality.
The Inn at Warm Springs is located at the original Bath county courthouse. The one on the intersection of US-220 and Rt. 39. The renovations reflects the exquisite skill of matching old and new. The old reminds me of wonderful old buildings in somewhere like NYC, Boston, or elsewhere being repurposed for some amazing inn or restaurant. The new reminds of me of a Kimpton type property. Perfect balance of colors, furnishing, lighting, music, and amazing hospitality. From the time I checked in, I felt the warmth of the staff and intimate setting. The grounds have so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy a meal outside, enjoy a fire pit in evening, and views of the mountains all around. The Jefferson Warm Springs is across the street.
I stayed in room 10 and 11 in the Jailhouse building. Room 10 is very special. A nice seating area. Food is amazing. Options for everyone. I tried the filet which was excellent. I tried the Goulash and stuffed cabbage. Both excellent. I also tried some Octoberfest specials. All excellent. The Tavern / bar has anything you could want.
I've been coming to Warm Springs/ Bath County for over 20 years. I've stayed at the big grand hotel, to the other smaller lodging, to camping at Bolar Mountain Recreating area. The Inn at Warm Springs is right up my alley. My new Zen place.
Thank you to everyone for their warm hospitality. Especially Jarek, Kim, Ginger, housekeeping, and everyone else. I cannot wait to be back. Hospitality was superb. Don't stop what you're doing and I am looking forward to seeing your new projects and renovations. Kam

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay in the country. Had my hubby and 2 young kids with me. Ginger is amazing, and helped me with a billing discrepancy; and also when my kids locked everyone out of the restroom in our room due to the older style of doorknob. There are Keurigs in the room, turndown service every morning (unlike most mainstay hotels now where you have to request it if staying more than one night), and the breakfast is free WITH COFFEE! major win in my book :). There's also a cute little coffee shop with souvenirs and a delicious restaurant and bar on site. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning next week for the Maple Festival and cannot wait to stay here again! Love the quaint charm of this place and I would definitely recommend staying here when coming to the area.

Fantastic place for a relaxed family get-together. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and updated. The people were friendly and welcoming. Drinks and dinner at the tavern were great. The surrounding area is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!
