Newly opened but feel like they've been here for years. Owned by warm hearts and the coffee is fantastic. Instant favorite.

Came here after the two other places we were trying to go were either closed or busy- very happy it worked out that way!! Lovely place, really fresh and good food. I love lavender so I was so happy they had a lavender latte, it was delicious. I got the blt since I'm a big blt fan and it was one of the best I've ever had.

The coffee drinks are divine, especially the $5 iced coffee blends. But ever since COVID-19 their customer service has gone downhill! Two out of the last three times I have been there, have been marred by wrong items delivered and/or long wait times. It is like they cannot figure it out since the pandemic. But the drinks are very good!

Love the waffles and ambience. Cutest coffee shop for brunching!

Formerly known as The Tar Roof, an art gallery that hosted many craftsman fairs/festivals with food trucks and bands. They have naturally progressed into a coffee shop/art gallery, combining the best of both worlds.
It has a cool vibe of a restored old home, decorated with the work of local artists. We all enjoyed our coffee and tea, while the cookie that we shared was okay. I love the coffee and tea, but the food is a little too "crunchy" for my taste. Lots of vegetarian and hipster dishes.

I go here and get coffee a lot and it’s always been amazing. There coffee is really good and they have many different types and options to choose from. I usually sit outside on the porch in one of the rocking chairs when I go and it’s always fun. They also have sandwiches and they are delicious! I strongly recommend this place for lunch or coffee!

Amazing food and coffee! Great ambiance! Great selection of specialty coffee and the sandwiches, scones, and breakfast treats are great too! The owner is a gem! Soooo sweet and accommodating. Friendly staff. Awesome wrap around porch with seating both on the porch and in the "yard". We love to support local and this is our favorite local coffee shop.

I've driven past this place so many times, I thought it was just an old house! The coffee is very good and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend it as a cozy kitschy place for a quality cup.

Very cute place, has a play ground with chairs and benches around it so parents can get coffee and enjoy it while the kids play. My husband got a breakfast burrito, it was really good and I got a sandwich it was decent but a little dry. The coffee was worth it all to me! I got the sawmill latte it was good!!

I’m visiting from out of town. Great drinks and sandwiches. Love that they offer gluten free buns do to allergy! I was in awe of the whole place that an old home was turned into a little coffee shop. We don’t have cool places like this in California! Will be back everytime I am in VA.
