Good Place to chill with yummy drinks on demand

Wildly good but also wildly popular so expect to wait if you go during weekends or post-4pm on weekdays. This is a photo of a strawberry matcha with strawberry jellies as the topping.

Even during the pandemic it's still a great place to customize and order your boba here. Beforehand the pandemic was a chill and cozy environment to relax and spend time with friends and or family.

Very customizable drinks. Many different and new topping choices. Their service is quick. We come here a lot since the the grand opening to a point where we're recognized as soon as we hit the counter. Love this place

My boyfriend got plastic in his drink, a purple sweet potato smoothie. I had some metal in mine. We complaint to the staff and they just took the plastic and threw it away and asked us if we would get another drink on the house. I just ate plastic and they wanted to feed me more plastic! I wanted my money back and never go to this place again! Have a little common sense and better service manner! Don’t just grab the evidence from someone’s hand and act like it didn’t happen!

Since their grand new opening we were so hyped,we had been there twice to show our support but they did not show any appreciations due to my experience.
First visit: the line was long waited about 40mins, we got 3 different milk tea ( we always want to try out basic milk tea first when it comes to a new milk tea shop) Ok here s the story, after i got my drink we rush to the stiw event but they did not seal the cup right 1 of the milk tea got spill all over the car and my pant, I have to rush home to change which make me mad for such a excited day . Tea flavor was on point but i can not stand the heavy artificial creamer taste, it make my mouth sticky and after 20 mins my mouth still have like a gluey feeling.

Second visit: We order 4 drinks it was average but our 7 years old nephew spit out plastic from his purple smoothie. This is unacceptable!
There will be no third visit. I will stick with Kung Fu Tea for sure.

Cashier was patient with my party as we took awhile to order, she was even polite and kind as we were asking questions. Overall it was a relaxing time and she was also very cute.

First time to this gong cha. The taste is as same as in MD. I love the decorations in gong cha. This one is new in town and you don‘t wanna miss the most delicious bubble tea in area. Give it a try and you won‘t regret.
