Einstein Bros. Bagels

One of my favorites in all of town center. Excellent bagels made fresh, great staff, good ambience and location. Of note that it's definitely on the Starbucks end of the price scale for most items, with their delicious cold brew coffee running $5.50 and their breakfast burrito even reaching $9.

Always go to Einstein's when I'm in Virginia Beach. They have cheesy hash brown bagels that are amazing, there's spinach, artichoke are my favorite!! Weirdly enough. I live in New York where the best bagels are supposed to be. But Einstein's definitely has some amazing bagels that I have never seen in New York. Love this place!!!

Einstein’s round flavored bread a more accurate title. Not real bagels. Great customer service, lots of tasty options to choose from, just not real bagels.

Edit: I go to Einstein every Saturday, and I have noticed that the breakfast sandwiches have gotten smaller. The price is the same, but the bagel size is now smaller. I realize that inflation in the economy is a real thing, but the value for the food is not adding up. The current size of the breakfast bagel will leave you hungry. The cost of my bacon avocado tomato breakfast sandwich and a small coffee is almost $13.00 and leaves me feeling hungry. This is ridiculous.Either make the bagels the same size as before, or I may need to start going somewhere else for my weekend breakfast. The current bagel sandwich will barely satisfy a child.

It was a busy Sunday morning so it was packed. Still got my order right and in a timely manner always a quality spot to grab a quick bite.

I was very excited to get coupons in the mail from Einstein Brothers as I am a New Yorker always in search for a great 🥯 bagel .The bagels were good but the customers service was lousy. I was not greeted when I entered the store at 3:30 p.m. As an matter of fact a young girl was mopping the floor, I said hello to her but she said nothing in response..the floor was wet so you would think she would say be careful!! NOTHING ! THE guy who got my bagels was like what would you like...not happy just there! I won't return ...I think they were just ready to shut down and not help a first time customer. THE napkin holders were empty and garbage bags sitting on the tables where customers would sit. So at 3:30 in the afternoon they wanted to close. NOT a good look.

Decent drinks and snacks. How about cleaning up the floor and tables ? Not good

I’ve been going here about 3 times a month for almost 6 months now and each time I order anywhere between 4 and 6 breakfast sandwiches plus 1/2 a dozen bagels. I would say at least 4 of the last 6 times they have messed up my order. They have added cream cheese to bagels I didn’t ask to have cream cheese, made sandwiches on the wrong type of bagel, cut bagels when I asked for them not to be cut. Twice in 2 months I have had to go back in their after checking the order in my car. I only started doing that after finding an issues when I got the entire order home one time. I enjoy the food but unfortunately the service is poor. I went back in side the store today because they gave me 5 of the 6 bagels I ordered. Then when I get home I discovered all of the sandwiches were made on the wrong type of bagel and two were made in correctly. That is three strikes in 1 day. I understand the human error sometimes so when they messed up in the past I let it slide but clearly this is a problem and not a 1 time mishap. I will be taking my business else where from now on.

Probably the worst experience as a paying customer I've ever had service with attitude there was nothing good about the way they were handled customers and to top it off there was something in my drink that the manager that day couldn't care less about addressing she wouldn't even give me her name after I asked for the purpose of running this information by corporate I've had enough of this caliber of service businesses like this need better staffing or better training especially when it comes to customer service. I won't be back for another outing.

Worst experience. Ordered a lox bagel. Recieved a lox bagel with bacon. Asked for a replacement. Patrick wanted to remove the bacon. I wanted a bagel with no bacon grease, juice, etc. Patrick informed me I should be fine to eat the bacon grease and he would pull the bacon off with his fingers but not make a new sandwich. I cancelled the rest of my $30 order. I do not support places that will not correct their mistakes and are rude about their mistakes. Asked for the manager and Patrick told me he could not provide that information. Manager, I hope you see this post.
