This is such a cute cafe! The staff is friendly and helpful. I had an unsweetened matcha latte that was actually unsweet (usually sugar hides in the milks or matcha powder). My drink was great and the atmosphere was cozy for getting my work done.

I hate to leave a one star review for this place as I’ve been here many times and all have been good experiences, but my last visit here was just bad. I placed a to go order on a sunday morning for a latte and a scone, which usually comes out quick even on their busy days. The scone I wanted was clearly available in the pastry case, but after I ordered they ran out and offered me another item. I took the offer for a replacement bakery item, but as soon as I got it I saw that they had restocked the scones I wanted. I wasn’t going to start a scene over not getting a scone, but I was kind of upset over that. It’s expected that this place is busy on weekends, but I waited over an hour and never got my coffee. I even watched people that came in after me get their orders before I did. I ended up leaving and going to starbucks instead. Which kills me because I prefer to support small business over chains, but waiting over an hour for a simple order and then not getting what I paid for has put off me off from coming back here.

I have brought chocolate vegan scones from here before, and it was to my liking , but my question is now that Robin Simmons Bakery has open will it be more vegan options ? I really do hope that it will be more vegan options for that was the only vegan option that was offered at that time. Congratulations on your opening on your bakery Robin. 🎉🎉🎉

Multiple bad experiences. Used to love this place but it seems ever since the expansion the quality has decreased significantly. I ordered two scones and a cinnamon bun. When my order came out and I had returned to my car I only had the cinnamon bun. When I went back in, all the staff acted like they had no idea what was going on when I told them I was missing two items, not to mention it took them about 10 minutes to see me with no one in line. When I told them what was missing, lo and behold THEY WERE SOLD OUT. I originally asked for a rosemary scone seeing that there were two left. The woman in front of me ordered 1 and I ordered the last one, but I never got it. I overheard one of the employees telling Some blonde with cheek piercings who worked there that my order was missing and they were out of what I ordered and I overheard her say “it doesn’t matter, I’ll just take care of it” very unprofessional and dismissive. Whole ordeal took about 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES AT A COFFEE SHOP FOR A TO GO ORDER. Will definitely not be returning or recommending. Ever

Don't let the many flavorful options for hot/cold latte overwhelm you, all of the front register personnel that I have talked to are both knowledgeable and personable. If you can't narrow down your choice, grab a punch card and come back again!

Even though it was very busy, coffee was served in a timely manor.
The scone I tried, something butterscotch (I don't know the name) was simply amazing.
I will be coming here again.

I always see people talking about this place on social media, so I was excited to try it for myself. The first thing I got from here was key lime pie for Pi Day, which was divine. I came back for coffee a week later, and at first was very overwhelmed with all the choices. The employee told me they have 93 different drinks, so he asked what I normally like. Iced peppermint mochas are my favorite, so he suggested that, and I added sweet cold foam and chocolate drizzle. It's probably the best peppermint mocha I've ever had. If I lived closer, this would be a regular spot for me, but for now I will visit whenever I get a chance!

I won’t go back here. Rude cashier and awful watered down coffee. Very flavorless. Who ever made the coffee filled it all the way to the brim. Making it hard to add anything. A waste of money. Ended up dumping out my coffee.

I really wanted to love this coffee shop, unfortunately the coffee/ food was horrible (bland flavorless sludge)/ overpriced, service was slow/ rude (guy at the register is too much, I came for coffee not a used car salesman barking "we want to be YOUR coffee shop", its too early for that). If I wanted a loud obnoxious finger pistols "whats it going to take to get you in this car" experience, I'd go to a used car dealership for better coffee, & save myself 30 bucks.

Cute shop!! My caramel macchiato was pure creamy goodness. Can’t wait to get another piece of sweet potato pie! My honey loved his slice of vanilla cake and the baby finished her whole confetti cookie
