Caffe Amouri Coffee Roaster

I love Caffe Amouri! I've been working here for 3 years now and I was a regular before I started work so...I'm biased, but if you're here to leave us a review I'd just like to say hey, thanks! Amazing place to work, and so much goes on behind the scenes that is hard to communicate to customers, don't hesitate to ask your baristas questions about roasts, brewing processes, or (in my case) bugs! Nice to meet you, thanks for stopping by. Even without my bias it is still the best caffe in the area!

Enjoyed my first time visiting. Food is good but on the expensive side

I never leave negative reviews but I sont like misleading of customers. I am also a small business owner who prides themselves on following business hours and can’t stand lazy staff wanting to close early for their own needs. This woman in the picture shut down the coffee shop 45 mins early. I hope the owner has a talk with her.

Update: Michael I am a small business owner myself. I am also in the same world as you. There was no sign or anything outside the door. The women in the picture hid when I called and knocked on the door. A simple we are closed or some sort of gesture would of made the world of a difference. 12 years in the game, these mistakes shouldn’t be made.

Excellent traditional cappuccino! Great cozy atmosphere.

Great coffee, but clearly no expectation for customer service, wait times are excessive even with the app that tell you your drink is ready an hour later.

Great tasting coffee and nice clean and comfortable set up. Employees were pleasant and friendly. Also got a piece of crumb cake which was yummy and fresh.
